Ground Floor
Guests can enter the property either directly though the garden at the rear of the property from their two parking spaces into the living room, or from the street to the front into the hallway, which leads through to the living space beyond.

Kitchen/ Dining/ Living Room

This lovely space combines a stylish place to unwind with two large sofas and occasion tables in the sitting area with direct sea views. Enjoy meals at the modern table with six matching chairs and prepare meals in the Shaker style kitchen which is well equipped kitchen which has a Rangemaster 'Toledo 110' with two ovens, warming plate and five gas hob burner. There's a large Bosch fridge/freezer, Bosch dishwasher. washing machine and dryer.

French doors open into the pretty courtyard garden with beach beyond, the floors throughout are white oak and equipment includes a Roberts Radio CD player, iPod dock, Sony flat screen TV with FreeView channels, Panasonic Blu-ray DVD recorder.

From the ground floor hallway of this luxurious Whitstable holiday cottage there is an angled set of stairs leading to the first floor landing which has doors to two of the bedrooms and the family bathroom.

Bosson Cottage, a terraced town house, sits literally yards from the beach with a car park between the courtyard garden and the sea wall. There are two allocated spaces for guests in the car park – a great asset in Whitstble! A gate opens into the private courtyard garden with high fence making it very private and ideal for leisurely lunches with a table and chairs provided. Double doors open from the courtyard to the living space and the front door at the other side of the cottage opens onto Cushings Walk, a relatively quiet street literally round the corner from the shops, restaurants etc. on the High Street

Whitstable is famous for its oysters, which have been collected in the area since at least Roman times. The town itself dates back to before the writing of the Domesday Book. Whitstable's distinctive character is a very popular for family holidays on the Kent coast. Its maritime heritage is celebrated with the annual oyster festival. Freshly caught shellfish are available throughout the year at some excellent seafood restaurants and pubs in the town.
