    “Lovely cottage, nice & quiet, little difficult to find the first time, but once you know where it is the directions then make sense, it's known on all maps I found as East Farm, not Hadleigh Farm.”

    Nice, clean, tidy on arrival, although a working farm there wasn't much noise from it & we hardly saw anybody. My only advice to the owners when they come around to the refurbishment is to remove the bath & fit a walk in shower, the screen currently allows water all over the floor & getting into & out of the bath is awkward, but that is a personal thing & does not detract from the cottage. The area is very quiet, nice walks/cycling on the doorstep, the fish & chip shop along with the kebab/pizza ...

Hadleigh Farm Cottage is based in Ashwicken near Gayton, close to Ashwicken and King's Lynn in Norfolk. Hosting two bedrooms, including a double and twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep four guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside is an enclosed shingle garden, as well as ample off-road parking. Hadleigh Farm Barn is a lovely base with easy access to the attractions of Norfolk.
