    “The cottage was excellent, clean, well stocked with everything you could want.”

    The only issue for us and why top marks weren't given was the steepness of the staircase as my wife suffers from very bad arthritis and maybe this should have been mentioned. The other reason was that we found it difficult to open and close the key safe. The above are not a criticism as Fisherman's Cottage was one best we have stayed in, but maybe not the best for over 75s.

The bedrooms consist of double beds, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard garden with furniture and road-side parking or parking at a public car park close-by. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking allowed at the property. Please be mindful of the stairs as they are very steep. There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £100. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, pub and beach. 52 Beach Road is an excellent dwelling for exploring Norfolk. Note: Over 18's only
