“We had a most enjoyable week at 25 Burtons Mill.”

It was a lovely peaceful place, we didnt find the noise from the road at the back to be too excessive. The property seems to be well insulated against noise and was very warm when the outside temperature dropped in the evening. However we did find the 10.5 duvets rather warm and the beds were large and luxurious. The house was very well equipped and quite spacious. It was located in an ideal place to tour around Norfolk, and we would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

“Absolutely the best place I've ever stayed.”

Beautiful, clean, comfy, well equipped with everything you'd need and more. Loved staying there, didn't want to leave. Would definitely book again. House decor was Beautiful, everything was clean. Tea, coffee, milk all provided for our arrival. Could not fault the place. PERFECT ! 10 out of 10 for sure.

“We stayed at 25 Burton mills in the heatwave in august!”

It is perfectly located - quiet but near the town and central to north east Norfolk. The house was beautifully clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The kind owner left us some essentials like tea bags, biscuits, milk toiletries and wine which was a lovely surprise when we arrived. The beds were comfy and the shower was great. Our teenager appreciated the wifi and was able to watch Netflix in his room which suited him well. It is easy to reach 2 pubs and an Indian restaurant for eating and there is a Tesco nearby for other provisions. There is a beach 10 minutes drive away which was perfect for a day out. There is a good choice of boatyards around the area and we managed to rent both kayaks and a day boat from banks boats at Wayford bridge without pre booking (though would recommend you do book in peak season!) A great week- we would recommend this property to anyone!

“It was everything like it describes and even more down to all the little details!”

! There is nothing like being the 1st holidaymakers in a property!! It was just fabulous and comfortable which made our stay so fantastic!! I would definitely recommend this holiday home, its great for a family (we were 2 adults and 4 kids 2 of them teenagers) I'm sure in the summer it will be even more beautiful when the sun shines and you can enjoy the area to its fullest!

The market town of Stalham, with its high street with a good range of shops and eateries, is a typical North Norfolk town. There is a small market which comes to the town on Tuesdays and a farmers’ market on every other Saturday, as well as regular sales in the town hall. Stalham is one of the major starting points of Norfolk Broads boating holidays and a museum to give you an insight in to the Broadland environment is a must. Just a few miles inland from fantastic beaches, this is a perfect base for exploring the Norfolk Broads and coastline.
