“The location of the flat is prefect, literally a small walk to the shops and the sea.”
The flat has some great facilities, new kitchen and bathroom, however the cleanliness was a let down. I had to get the hoover out not long after arriving as there were lots of hairs in the carpet which wasn't great with the kids playing on the floor. Also the sofa needed a hoover as when we were looking for the sofa bed again bits and hairs under the cushions. The instructions say the bedding for the sofa bed should be in the wooden box in the living room, but it wasn't I had to find it myself, could be worth updating the instructions or making sure it's where it says it is. The sofa bed not very comfy so bear that in mind if 4 adults are staying. Someone previously mentioned the kettle leaking and we had the same issue, could be worth a upgrade. Also I couldnt find a pizza cutter which would be useful. We had a great week and a great beach to visit was brancaster, beautiful beach and plenty of parking. Location is prefect and the flat is great with the added bonus of a drive to park on. The flat has most things you need just the cleanliness that let it down for us.

detail with Sykes and our cleaners. I have expressly made clear to Sykes
that we do not accept pets with our bookings/or visiting pets and I will
make sure more signs are put up that we do not accept any animals.

We did have a pizza cutter and I'm sorry this was missing. I will replace
and add an additional kettle.
We have instructed the cleaners to leave the bedding in an obvious position
for the future.
