“This lodge was a real home from home.”

Every little detail had been thoughtfully planned. The beds were super comfortable, the shower was lovely and there was even a decorated Christmas tree to get us in the festive spirit! Haveringland Hall Holiday Lodge is a great base for exploring the surrounding area and we would definitely recommend.

“Can’t speak highly enough about the lodge.”

Immaculately clean, spacious and beautifully furnished in wonderfully maintained, gorgeous, private surroundings. Everything you need is waiting for you to enjoy your holiday. The site itself is well positioned within easy reach of supermarkets, village shops and cosy pubs. The owners do all they can to ensure your holiday runs smoothly. Fully recommend it.

“If you looking for peaceful holiday this is place for you 100%.”

Very well equipped lodge, comfortable beds. All shops, restaurants 4-5 miles radius so close everywhere. Very thoughtful owners left milk in the fridge and treats for our dog. We will be returning definitely.

“Just back from a fabulous week at this lodge.”

The accommodation was lovely and the setting perfect for a relaxing week. Perfect location to visit the various tourist spots including NT properties. An early morning or late evening stroll around the lake was perfect (well apart from the dog desperately wanting to chase rabbits!!) All in all we couldn't fault it and Rowann and Andy couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. I'm sure we'll be back Carl, Ali and Benali

“An excellent Lodge indeed, large, bright and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need.”

Located on a lovely site, looking out to an open grassed area and trees, with a nearby lake and on-site walks. Very well managed by the owners, and spotlessly clean. Extremely good anti Covid measures in place. It is also in a brilliant location with very easy access to Norwich, the Broads and the the coast. All feedback is very positive with absolutely no issues, a credit to the owners Rowann and Andy. We can't recommend this Lodge highly enough! Peter and Chris.

“Arrived on the Friday got the key to the lodge opened the door stepped in and WOW clean tidy lovely scent from the front room and indeed throughout the lodge .”

It was clean tidy roomy and you felt relaxed as soon as you entered it .The beds were so cozy and comfortable TV a good size internet was right for our needs ie connection to lap top smart phones etc .We have been in many lodges good and bad but this Lodge i would give a 10 plus .It is kept very well by its owners Rowann and Andy who are on hand if you need them .We did meet them as they needed to check the gas bottles and they are great a lovely caring couple .I wanted to book this lodge with them again for September but it was all ready booked and i am not surprised as it is a great place to be and to relax .Great scenery great to walk your dog lots of wild life to see and hear and the surrounding area has a lot to offer i would pay a visit to a Crommer .After a full day out it was great to get back to the lodge and have a nice cup of tea or a nice wine ...Open the patio doors than relax .They even had dog treats for our dog and indeed drinks for us on out arrival .As Arnie said ( IL BE BACK ) Thankyou Rowann & Thank you Andy you made it a perfect break for us we went home chilled relaxed and with many a happy memory Dudley dog said thank you to.

“Lovely property.”

Well kept and everything you need is there. Lovely walks for dogs in the woods. Very peaceful. Nothing to complain about except the dog behind in one of the other lodges which barked a lot during the day. Friendly owners that are always there if needed and will sort out any problems quickly.

“This is a lovely, clean, comfortable lodge.”

It is on a quiet site which attracts adults rather than families, so suits us nicely! Centrally located in Norfolk you can get to any point on the coast from Kings Lynn to Great Yarmouth in about an hour. Rowann and Andy are welcoming and should be proud of their lodge. Terry and Jane

Very generous with arrival hamper . Only negative is no enclosed space to let dogs out last thing at night (which in winter when it gets dark at 4 is not ideal ) and quite expensive

“This property is beautiful.”

It has everything you could possibly need for your holiday. Pets are made very welcome too. Property is spotlessly clean. Being here in November I came prepared for a few chilly mornings but not needed. Property is lovely and warm and the fire in the lounge is there should you need a little burst of warmth. Towels for the dogs are provided which I have used several times! All in all a great holiday.

“I’ve never been able to truly relax on a holiday but to Haveringland I did, within minutes.”

The lodge was beautifully clean with all amenities catered for (and more!) I’d taken a bag of stuff I thought I may need and didn’t touch it. It was warm, clean, the settees were sooo comfy, there were helpful instructions everywhere from where to visit to how to switch the washing the machine on and where to put the used bedding and towels. The hosts were fantastic, very communicative if you needed them, infact we ended up just chatting in the end. My big dog who is scared of anything slippy was at home within 24hrs - he loved watching the squirrels. Calm and peaceful and only 20-30mins from Cromer. Thank you

“The "Little Extras" in the welcome pack that the owners had provided in the lodge, made you feel very special when you first arrived.”

Every amenity was catered for within the property, the owners have really gone that little bit further to make this home so welcoming for a special holiday. Situated close to many towns and villages there was so much to see and do, with an abundance of fine restaurants close by the choices were endless (The Ratcatches at Cawston for excellent steaks). Overall a brilliant holiday location...5 Stars

It was in a lovely setting overlooking a spacious green and trees. The quaint market town of Reepham was about four miles away and there was a good choice of places to eat and shop. Lots of good coastal resorts to choose from for a day out. We particularly liked Hunstanton and Blakeney Quay.

The Lodge is located in a peaceful setting by a lake, within easy reach of some great local pubs. The beaches are a short drive away (30-40mins), with Aylsham at 15 mins away. Would thoroughly recommend - thanks very much Owners !

On arrival the owners had left us tea/coffee and biscuits and a welcome note. The lodge was extremely comfortable and set in a quiet idyllic location with forests and two lakes. The view from the Veranda was spectacular and you could easily live in this lodge. Everything we needed was provided in the lodge and it is by far the best place we have ever stayed in and we look forward to staying there again.

We all felt so comfortable. Lovely comfy sofas. En-suite and bathroom large and beautifully decorated. Large fluffy towels provided. Both bathrooms extremely large and clean and plenty of hot water all the time. The decor and the size of the lodge exceeded our expectations. If you book this lodge you will not have to take anything because it is all provided. Exceedingly clean, decorated beautifully. You will not be disappointed if you book this lodge. Out of 5 we would mark it a 5!

“Had a wonderful stay, it was a little bit too hot to go out much but the lodge made a fantastic place to stay and just relax.”

We picked the hottest week on record so it was nice to just open everything up and enjoy the breeze. The lodge is marvellously furnished and extremely comfortable, everything you need is there and owners are easy to contact if you do need any help. I would certainly have no reservations in recommending this lodge, it really is lovely.

The park was very quiet and gave us lots of woodland walking and fishing for the guys. As it was close to Marriott way it allowed us to cycle on safe pathways. Plenty of eating facilities in the area and good pubs. Would love to go back again.

“The lodge far exceeded expectations.”

So many lovely thoughtful touches. Anything you could possibly need was there, even treats for the dogs and temporary address tags for their collars bowkscand dog towels as well as vast amounts of cleaning products , dishwasher tablets, washing machine powder etc. All you have to do is take your own personal bits and pieces. The lodge itself was very cosy with comfy beds ,pillows etc and a really good sized TV. Lovely big ensuite bathroom and shower. In fact all the rooms where a good size. Theres some lovely walks through the nearby woods from the caravan and some really friendly neighbours to point you in the right direction. The owners are so helpful, nothing is to much trouble. Cant rate my visit and standards high enough.

The attention to detail from the owners left us not needing anything from the milk & biscuits on arrival to the quality of the linen. We brought our dog on our stay and it’s safe to say he was well catered for from the dogs treats to the doggy towels for drying him after the wet walks. We have already booked our next stay in this lodge and can’t wait to return. We would highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful & relaxing getaway.

Even in Feb we could sit out on the deck. Great area with walks around the lakes and forest. Great for bird watching. Very peaceful and relaxing. No mobile reception but that was not an issue as Wi-Fi in the lodge. Nice communication from the owners. Highly recommended.

“The holiday lodge was in a very tranquil spot and was perfect for r&r.”

The only thing I would do to improve peoples stay is to double up on crockery and cutlery so you only need to use the dishwasher once a day therefore saving on water and electricity. Also some champagne flutes would have been nice for our prosecco. Overall though the lodge was very well equiped and our stay was perfect.

“Although everything was on one floor, it was deceptively spacious and having a veranda to sit on in the cool was magic.”

It was just such a lovely peaceful setting. We all loved it and the dog especially loved his walks as they were right on the doorstep. Having a bad back we usually have to push him in a pram to our nearest park as he finds pavements hard going. He came home with a new lease of life!!

“More signage is needed on the country lanes.”

Our Sat nav did not recognize the address, even with 2 postcodes, so we found it very frustrating trying to find our way back each time we went off site. We ended up down many 1 car width lanes with no passing places, which we felt spoilt our holiday a bit. Even the map books don't show where we were.

“If you are looking for a nice relaxing and peaceful holiday this is for you.”

It was so nice to get away from it all. The lodge was situated in beautiful grounds with lots of wildlife to see. The lodge was immaculately clean with everything you could need on your holiday and more. It felt like we were at home the moment we arrived. The bed was amazingly comfortable.. we had the best sleep in ages there. House very dog friendly with the enclosed wrap around balcony we never had to worry about our young dog escaping. “This is a virtually brand new lodge which is situated in the grounds of an old stately home's estate.”

The accommodation was warm and inviting with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday, including a dishwasher. We were in contact with the owner (due to the inclement weather conditions prevailing at the time - the notorious Beast from the East) who couldn't have been more helpful. There is nothing we can think of that would improve the accommodation, so our recommendation is to "book" this lodge - but not when we want to return!

We booked at the last minute to visit family in area so we did not have any expectations, it was peaceful friendly and the lake was wonderful to walk round,lots of wildlife and the site very well kept . The lodge was spotless roomy and well stocked ,milk tea coffee and even doggy treats a little personal card and some biscuits made us feel most welcome .Beds super comfy all in all a great place we would love to revisit . The attractive and historic market town of Reepham is situated amidst beautiful countryside between the valleys of Bure and Wensum. Boasting an attractive 18th century market place and red brick Georgian buildings, Reepham offers a weekly market, a selection of shops including those selling local produce and hand-made furniture, inns, restaurants and tea shops. The Marriott's Way, a footpath of some 20 miles, can be picked up from Reepham's former railway station (now a museum and tea shop), offering walkers and cyclists a peaceful route through fields and woodland. Within driving distance are the historic city of Norwich, with its impressive cathedral and excellent shopping centre, and the charming Edwardian seaside town of Cromer, famous for its Cromer Crabs, local seafood restaurants, sandy Blue Flag beaches, Edwardian style promenades and traditional end-of-pier show held in the Pavillion Theatre.
