“Lovely cottage with large, secure garden for the dogs.”

Very comfortable beds and excellent shower. The Country Park 5 minutes walk away, with good cafe, was an added bonus for all of us. A working Hoover would have been good as we’re always paranoid about getting rid of dog hairs!

“Woodland Corner is a lovely cottage in a good location.”

It is a fairly new property and is well maintained. The garden is excellent if you have a dog, as it is completely enclosed with a dog proof fence. This was our second visit , and we will probably book again later this year. Thank you for the goodies.

“Woodland corner is one of the best holiday properties we have ever hired.”

It was very clean and beautifully presented, and well equipped. The garden was perfectly dog friendly and completely enclosed. On arrival we were delighted to find a Norfolk hamper of goodies. Thank you. It is in a nice location on the outskirts of Holt , with the likes of Sheringham Park and Felbrigg Hall not too far away. The only negative was a failing lock on the front door, which we reported to agents. Nothing to spoil our time away. We will be back !

“The holiday property was very spacious and comfortable.”

Lovely enclosed garden for the dogs. Would be lovely to book in the summer. Only negative was that we arrived to an unsecure sink tap, which was notified to agents, no one came to fix during our stay, and no updates. Also we had no accessories to wash the floor. Otherwise a lovely and enjoyable stay at the bungalow

“Clean and modern bungalow on the edge of a newish housing estate.”

15-minute walk into town and a few minutes walk away from Holt Country Park. Good access to the north Norfolk towns and coast.

“It was a lovely bungalow.”

It was clean and well equipped for our stay and was also within walking distance of Holt and was a short walk to the country park with lots of footpaths through the woodland. It is one holiday let that we hope to return to and l feel I could easily recommend it to friends. Another nice touch was a super hamper til of local foods and a bottle of Procecco

“We loved everything about woodland corner I really don’t have anything negative.”

We visited all surrounding areas which were all close buy and worth the visit the train into Sheringham was a good day out and coming home to relax at woodland corner brought a smile . We had a disabled person in our party so this was the perfect property for us Thanks for the welcome pack &milk just perfect.

“What a lovely bungalow situated at the end of a culdesac, so it was very quiet, on a new estate.”

The furnishings and bedding were of a very high standard and everything was so clean. Great location for exploring Norfolk. Will definitely return if visiting the area again. We took our dog too and the garden was very secure and there was a nice walking area adjacent to the property.

“We spent the weekend over Easter at Woodland Corner.”

We took an elderly parent with us who has mobility issues. The layout of the property was perfect for her. She had an e suit bathroom within easy reach and was able to get to the living room and kitchen without difficulty. The enclosed garden was brilliant for our dog. The property is very close to Holt which is a beautiful town full of shops and cafes. We were able to get to both Wells and Cromer easily and spent two sunny days enjoying the Norfolk coast. We were welcomed with a fabulous hamper and a much appreciated bottle of Prosecco! Highly recommended.

Goodies for everyone, including kids and the dog - of which we didn’t actually have any! Just four grownups. Very impressed indeed and hope to return one day. “Fantastic location, facilities excellent, welcome pack amazing.”

Just a couple of things to improve ; You could feel the springs in the very hard king size mattress which effected sleep quality and accounted for the reduced comfort rating. The road outside the cottage was laid with tarmac for one day and because this had not been communicated to us we were unable to use our car for the day and had to change our plans. But overall the house was immaculate and clean, within Walking distance to town and had a lovely back garden which was well fenced for the dogs . Would highly recommend .

It is very comfortable and well-equipped and in a good position to explore the area. Lots of good places to eat and the town centre of Holt is very close. There is building work on the estate and they do start very early, but it didn't impact on our stay.

Sheringham 6 miles; Cromer 9.5 miles; Norwich 22.5 miles.

Holt is an attractive Georgian market town approximately five miles from the North Norfolk coast. The town offers a vibrant centre with interesting shops, eateries and a labyrinth of narrow lanes and courtyards with flint and painted cottages. On the edge of the town is the 'Poppy Line' heritage railway where you can take a steam train along a picturesque route to Sheringham, while Holt Country Park offers 100 acres of woodland with picnic area, nature trails and adventure playground for all the family to enjoy.
