“We had a fabulous holiday in Mundesley.”

Lovely property, modern, clean and well provisioned, in a quiet area of the village. 5 minutes walk to the beach, playground and local pub and cafe, so ideal for our family of 5. A great place to explore the North Norfolk coast from, with Cromer and Sherringham within easy distance. Visited the beaches daily, saw the seals at Horsey gap, the lighthouse at Happisburgh and visited Felbrigg hall and Sherringham Park. A great base for a very happy holiday. Would gladly go back.

“The house was ideally situated, close to the sea and within walking distance of all the major facilities.”

The car parking space was small and we did have to consider how to park our car so that we didn't block others in. The house has good facilities, the on suite is small but functional and the stairs are those of a terraced house steep but manageable. We could happily have cooked a meal in the kitchen but the restaurants in the village were too good. We loved staying here and would recommend the house to others.

“Lovely light clean and homely house, away from the busy sea front, in a quiet neighbourhood.”

A little oasis surrounded by trees, bushes and birds of all sorts. The kitchen has everything necessary and more and is so well presented. The front lounge is comfortable, as was the bedroom used (with lovely aspect over the garden). Bathroom and en-suite are very nice indeed. And the Orangery is superb and a great place to sit and chill. This was a last minute sort of booking, and we were both impressed with the property. Even got chatting to the neighbours and they are nice too! All in all, lovely place and well worth a stay. Glad we were fortunate enough to discover it. Many thanks for letting us stay.

North Walsham 5 miles; Cromer 8 miles; Sheringham 14 miles; Norwich 20 miles.

The attractive, Norfolk coastal village of Mundesley offers shops, cafés, a popular golf course, a large park with play areas, a wonderful sandy beach with brightly coloured beach huts, and quaint cottages, many of which are built in local flint stone. The popular seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham, which is known as a stop for steam trains travelling on the Poppy Line Heritage Railway, are both close by. There are many other places of interest in the area, including the National Trust owned Sheringham Park, Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall, and East Ruston Gardens and Hoverton Hall are a must for gardeners. The Norfolk Broads are also within easy driving distance, where children can enjoy tree-house adventures at ‘Bewilderwood’, or alternatively hire a cruiser and spend the day exploring the waterways.
