“Tamaura Lodge was ample enough to fit 2 families of 4 comfortably (4 adults and 4 kids) and having the playground close the the lodge is convenient when travelling with small children.”

There were 2 highchairs and a bed railing which helped as well. Nevertheless, it did not meet the expectations I had from reviewing the listing. The cleanliness of the cabin was very poor, specially in the kitchen where we find sticky handles in the cupboards, the hob and in general the cutlery and crockery didn't seem clean. The carpet in the living room had animal hair and the extendable table and chairs (to be used as dining table) were also stained and dirty. In terms of the booking app I ...

In terms of the booking app I would prefer if it had a function to communicate with the owner of the property through the app, rather than providing personal mobile phones due to privacy concerns and audit trail.

About the location

KING'S LYNN

Sandringham 9 miles; Snettisham 13.4 miles; Hunstanton 17 miles.

King's Lynn is a historic, medieval port dating back to the 12th century, situated on the River Great Ouse. A treasure trove for history lovers, the town boasts grand merchant houses, art galleries and museums, and the Custom House, built by Henry Bell in 1683, which is a Grade I listed building. The town retains its original winding streets and alleys, and boasts good shopping facilities, with a combination of national retailers and specialist shops, along with a selection of pubs and restaurants. Much of the surrounding Norfolk countryside is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with the West Norfolk coastline within easy driving distance. Hunstanton, in particular, is renowned for its sunsets and lovely beaches. Boat trips are available from several points along the coast, while the Norfolk Coast Cycleway runs from King's Lynn to Cromer. The impressive Visitor Centre at The Queen's fabulous country retreat, Sandringham, is also a short drive away and well worth a visit.
