“Fabulous accommodation.”

Well appointed , comfortable and great location. Photos don’t do it justice, it was more spacious than it appeared and there was loads of storage. Quiet but a short distance from the road network and then to several places of interest. Communication with hosts easy and pleasant, there wasn’t a single thing that we could suggest to improve

“We had a wonderful stay over Christmas!”

Cobblers Barn ticked every box for our family of 5 - spacious, extremley comfortable, high spec.. nothing was too much for the host, Sarah - she made us feel at home instantly, and made such an effort with the Christmas decorations. Stunning! An amazing place to stay, perfect for switching off and getting away from everything. Santa even managed to find us, so our boys were happy!!

“Had a wonderful time.”

The place was immaculate and everything we needed, so many nice touches - home baked bread, butter, jam, all the condiments you could imagine. The welcome pack was nice too. The house has been renovated so well, and it's beautifully furnished. And the hot tub was a nice bonus. The location is really well placed to reach so many beautiful sights. The seals on the local beach were fantastic. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Our only disappointment was not meeting Jake and Elwood, the owners cats :-)

Easy access to many attractions, sights and a countryside full of really genuine people. The facilities and fittings in the property are not only of a high quality but are very comfortable and give you a feeling of warmth, coziness and homeliness, a credit to the owners taste and practicality. The peace and quiet is to be experienced to be believed, particularly for those of us who are deemed to be 'townies'. If only we could all live like this. Would highly recommend this to those looking for real R & R.

It was particularly nice to find a huge up to date smart tv instead of the usual small outdated ones we normally get on our holidays. The hot tub was a hit with us, and was cleaned and checked daily. “A superb, large barn conversion in a quiet location.”

The barn was spacious, well equipped and extremely clean with quality fixtures and fittings. We very much appreciated the delicious welcome pack with home made bread. The owners were welcoming and friendly, but not at all intrusive. The hot tub was certainly a relaxing way to spend time watching the sun go down over the adjacent fields. Cobblers Barn is set in a perfect location to explore local attractions and we enjoyed a fantastic day renting a boat on the broads. “I have stayed in many holiday lets all over the UK, but never before in one as perfect as this one.”

First - the photos are a really true representation. It really is as big as they show. Owner lives close by and can't do enough for you. Including freshly home baked bread on arrival! The complete welcome pack really was very welcome. The whole property was so very comfortable and dazzlingly clean. There is so much to see and do in the area as it is right in thed middle of the Broads. So much so that we didn't have time to use the Hot tub! But we used the wonderful suntrap for every breakfast! Just remember, book early as this is a very popular property.

The accommodation has everything in it you could need for a relaxing holiday & is fitted out to a high standard. The welcome pack was a lovely touch & the smell was amazing when you walk in. You can just stay in the barn & enjoy the hot tub & quiet of the countryside or sit outside & enjoy the views & fabulous sunsets. It's ideally situated for visiting the many pleasures of North Norfolk. Selsey Beach is worth a visit to see the seals & we also had a great time on the Broads. Great Yarmouth & Caistor on sea are not far away if you want fun for the young ones. We had a couple of local takeaways delivered and also had a great Seafood Platter at The Lighthouse Inn at Walcott. You can also walk into Potter Higham where there are pubs, cafes & fish & chips. Would recommend staying at Cobblers Barn & Sarah is great at keeping you informed about your holiday & on hand if you have any queries. Thank you Cobblers Barn.

“What a beautiful cottage we found in Bastwick, Norfolk ideally situated for Norfolk broads, 20 min away from Great Yarmouth, 40 min from Cromer, lovely villages nearby.”

The cottage has a cosy , specious feel, every detail is thought through by the owners and very well equipped, spotlessly clean, the hot tub was a bonus too. The owners were great at suggestions where to visit and and eat. We would highly recommend it and we would definitely come back .

Winterton-on-Sea 7.7 miles; Norwich 20.2 miles.

Potter Heigham is a pretty village resting within close reach of the River Thurne in the county of Norfolk, set just a few miles away from the glorious coastline. This large village is considered as a major boating centre on the Norflock Broads with the medieval bridge giving its visitors access to the Upper Thurne, Hickling Broad and Horsey Mere. Within the village itself you will find a superb selection of amenities, including the famous Norfolk discount store, Lathams. Here, you will also find pubs, a fish and chip shop, cafes, a fishing shop, a Post Office and a shop for picking up the essentials. After admiring the views of the river and refuelling at the village’s pub or café, head to the coast where you will find the sandy beach of Horsey Gap and the National Trust property of Horsey Windpump. Further afield are interesting towns to explore – Norwich, Great Yarmouth and Wroxham, and attractions such as National Trust properties, Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens, Bewilderwood, and East Ruston Vicarage Gardens and Teashop.
