“Lovely holiday, fantastic location.”

The accommodation was brilliant with everything you could possibly need, very comfortable & clean, although a very long duster on the high staircase is needed but thats being picky. Lovely welcome pack of wine, tea & coffee on arrival & the small touch of fresh flowers in the living spaces was noted. I would highly recommend & hope to return in the future

“We enjoyed an outstanding week at Spinnakers.”

The house was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The linen was of good quality and the house was in a fabulous location with just a quick stroll down to the sea and an excellent cafe serving a delicious breakfast. Sheringham is a traditional seaside town and a great location to take advantage of all the local delights of Cromer, Blakeney, National Trust properties and the North Norfolk steam railway. Our 6 year old called it “paradise”!

“Lovely property, ideally located, close to the town centre and the beach but doesn’t feel too busy or noisy.”

The rooms are all large and have been very comfortably furnished, the kitchen has all the equipment you could possibly need. The only slight negative is the parking, you would struggle if all three cars with assigned parking spaces were there at the same time (to the point where I don’t think you could get all three in and be able to exit any of the cars unless they were all superminis). There is a decent long stay car park maybe two minutes walk from the property though which could be used if necessary. We would still come back to this property, we had a very pleasant week there.

“Spinnakers is the perfect holiday cottage.”

It is spacious, comfortable, well equipped with a modern décor. Centrally located in Sheringham but in a quiet area with parking although if you have a large car it can be quite tight (fortunately one of the other properties didn’t have a car so there was enough space for us). It is a few minutes walk to either the beach or the town centre. And a lot of North Norfolk is within a short drive.

“We have just returned from a weeks stay at Spinnakers, it is a very well equipped house and is very spacious , the owners had thought of everything the location is very central literally a few minutes walk to the town and yet so peaceful and quiet, and with the added bonus of parking.”

Well recommend for a stay to tour the coastline of Norfolk.

Very importantly for me, it has its own private parking space, so no paying extortionate fees in a council car park. It’s a few minutes walk to the town centre, the sea front, and the transport interchange. The property has large, comfortable rooms and is very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

“Everything was very good but hot water in kitchen you can only get in morning no hot water during the day washing with cold water and shower is very bad not much power and also not hot enough.”

Cromer 4.8 miles.

Sheringham was originally a small fishing village on the North Norfolk coast, but with the arrival of the railways in 1887 it prospered and grew into a popular holiday town. Sheringham has been awarded ten consecutive European Blue Flags for cleanliness for its beach, along with awards from Britain in Bloom, Anglia in Bloom, and Best Coastal Resort. Enjoy walking along the East or West promenades, offering sea views with blue skies and red sunsets, a beach with a silver-pebbled shoreline leading to golden sands with rock pools and streams next to ochre cliffs, local fishing boats and a RLNI lifeboat station with museum. This attractive traditional seaside town also has the 'Little Theatre', open all year round, seaside gardens with seating, a model boating lake, independent shops, tea rooms, steam railway, golfing, amusement arcades, and fish & chip shops selling locally-caught fish.
