“A lovely stay, very clean and well equipped.”
Liked the proximity to the supermarket, cycle trails, pubs and shops and also easy to make short drives to other attractions like the coast, market towns etc. Lots of storage. Very warm (too warm for us)
The things that would improve the property for us would be a bigger bed (for some reason the bed seemed very short and small) the bedroom has more than enough space to put a bigger bed in.
The corner sofa in the living room was not that comfortable and difficult to sit on if you want to curl up, 2 two seater sofas would be better with side tables either side as coffee tables in front of sofas just get in the way and make getting your drink fairly awkward. Plus no footstool to put your feet up at the end of the day. We had to put a bedroom lamp in the living room too as the overhead one is too harsh
We particularly liked the bike storage this was very helpful and the trails are within walking distance without having to go on any roads to get to them. We would probably return as the area is fantastic and only half hour from Norwich.

I would just like to reassure you if you did decide to return that the master bed is a standard double. We feel that a king size in that room would be a little cramped.
I also do not like ceiling lights so using the bedside lamps is a good idea. When we stay we use the lights under the kitchen wall cabinets to create a subtle glow in the evenings.
The sofa in the living room pulls out to a bed so you can put your feet up. And feel free to arrange any furniture to suit your needs.
