Step into the open-plan living space, where a corner sofa incorporating a pull-out double bed creates a sociable spot to gather after fun-filled days, with a 43" 4K Smart TV, X-box with games and a Systemline Bluetooth ceiling speaker system with DAB radio providing entertainment for all ages.
A full-size dining table with seating for six invites everyone to sit together to plan the days ahead, while the well-equipped kitchen offers a microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee pod machine (pods required), slush machine, saucepans, crockery and cutlery to help you cater for your group.
All bedrooms benefit from central heating, with the double bedroom enjoying a dressing table, storage and a Smart TV, along with two twin rooms with storage, while an air conditioning unit in the lounge and master bedroom helps maintain a pleasant temperature.
Duvets, pillows and a hairdryer are supplied, so you will just need to bring your own bed linen and towels.
Step outside onto the fully lit, wraparound decking, where LED lighting sets the scene for relaxed evenings, looking out towards the surrounding woodland.
Here you will find egg and three-seater swinging chairs, modern outdoor furniture and an eight-seater picnic table, offering plenty of space for alfresco dining, along with a six-burner gas barbecue with utensils for those who fancy cooking outside.
Children and adults alike can make use of the extended bark pitch planted with Canary Island palms and a tiered water feature, while an archery set, swing ball, kite, water pistols and other outside games help keep everyone entertained.
A short distance from the caravan you will find a pub and shop in Belton, making it easy to pick up the essentials or enjoy a meal out close to home, while the wider holiday park offers access to additional on-site facilities and activities via park passes, available directly from the owner.
From here you can head to the traditional seaside towns of Great Yarmouth and Gorleston-on-Sea for classic coastal days out, or travel a little further afield to explore Lowestoft and the historic city of Norwich, where you will find a wealth of attractions, shopping and dining options to suit all ages and tastes.

Caravan was well equipped and in a great location .
. Was left unclean and toilet seats are both broken. Holes in kitchen lino Fridge shelves broken Shower blocked Overall we had a good week just feel it needs a little work and managing.
Lovely few nights get away stay in the lodge you are very remote tucked away from the whole site.
Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the near future im sure.
I can’t recommend Richards lodge enough, from before even arriving we were given lots of info prior to our stay.
The lodge itself was fully equipped, plenty of games, dvds etc for the children with an added slush maker which they loved, plenty of tea, sugar, coffee and cleaning products, the location is perfect if your looking for a peaceful quiet area, we were lucky enough to also see lots of wildlife around the van. We had a very relaxing, peaceful few days and would definitely book again. We were not overly worried about the on-site facilities but we did book day passes for £30 (2 adults 2 children) which we could use all day Saturday and Sunday - we mainly purchased these so the children could enjoy the indoor and outdoor pool. Thank you for a wonderful few days - the added hot weather was a nice bonus too! ????
