“No welcome package was a surprise.”

It has not got an enclosed garden - there is a communal patch of garden that has open access to the road. There is a sign saying 'Communal garden NOT a dog toilet' which left me toddling down the road in my pyjamas first and last thing at night with the dog. The stairs (ladder) to the loft accommodation is mentioned but the main stair is practically a spiral its so steep. There is a sign saying 'Communal garden NOT a dog toilet' which left me toddling down the road in my pyjamas first and last thing at night with the dog. The stairs (ladder) to the loft accommodation is mentioned but the main stair is practically a spiral its so steep. The washing machine area was cluttered leaving me having to move stuff out the way to get to the machines. The bulb is missing from the attic light. Two toilet rolls were provided for the week for 4 people. There was no hoover except a dismantled Dyson in the attic which I was not going to try to put together or cart down the 'ladder'. The attic was not clean. There was a used towel on the back of the bathroom door. The only cleaning items were a couple of bottles of spray bleach, washing up liquid, 2 jay cloths and 1 scourer. All a bit lacking and underwhelming given the price.
