    “Third bedroom was basically unusable.”

Access was via a door in the main bedroom then a staircase, which was basically a ladder. The room itself is a loft conversion with no headroom and wooden beams across at a very low level.

The third bedroom is a treble and is described as accessed by a door in the double bedroom and up a ladder style staircase. It is a 300 year old fisherman’s cottage so this space is in keeping but I will make sure it is described accurately. Property Owner
