    “There are many things wrong with this cottage, the main being we had to turn the heating on to have any hot water- this was reported on numerous occasions but nothing was done about it - the owner clearly knew about it as the cleaner told us that this sometimes happens and how to manage it using the thermostat.”

    In addition, no lock on the bathroom door, nowhere to hang anything (coats, dressing gowns, towelling robes) so not helpful when it rains as there is nowhere to put wet coats, no freezer, even though the listing stated there is a fridge freezer, there is only a fridge with an icebox, the shower only points to the ceiling so is impossible to use - the property definitely needs some attention, we would not stay there again.
