Paws By The Sea

Had a fantastic stay.

The lodge was well equipped and clean and comfortable. Great access to the beach for walks.

We should have been made aware the accommodation is surrounded by ongoing building/ construction had we of known this we would not of booked to come here, this was a much needed break away & this completely ruined it.

Driving in it’s the first thing you see & is next door to the accommodation I have photos. The onsite office was not open once whilst there either. The accommodation is very clean however I feel the description is slightly inaccurate. It states pubs with a mile one is a clubhouse & the other is further than a mile & an absolute dive. When sitting down on the veranda you can’t see the sea as seats are too low & I’m not short, with a car parked directly in front, think it should state that the accommodation is second row with obstructed views. Also other people state about receiving doggie extras there was nothing there for us, maybe this should be consistent. Also having cleaning products is a good idea however a cupboard with used/ leftover opened condiments etc isn’t these should be removed. I’d appreciate a response to my comments. Thank you

Excellent we loved every minute of our stay Paws by the sea is what you got ,our dog Charlie loved the beach, Everything about the lodge was lovely a credit to the owner and the cleaners who do a good job, On site they was very helpful.

Our second stay.

We think it is one of or maybe the best chalets we have used . Cosy comfy with everything we needed . And so close to the beach.

The accomodation was very clean, however the shower was too small for my husband and the passgeway between rooms far too narrow even for me and i am tiny!

Stayed here twice, this year but due to bad weather each time it spoilt it a bit. Will not be back this way.

We loved it so much that we have rebooked for next year.

Everything was spotless and we could see the sea from the window.It was really home from home

We and our dogs really loved location and facilities.

Nice to make a change from chalets in rainbows end, mill lane further along beach, (been there 4 times) as dog friendly access was directly from the park. One very minor detail was washing machine salt needed topping up! Loads of minor stuff already in caravan, which was thoughtful. Hope we left it as clean as we arrived.

We had a lovely short stay from 17th to 20th June 2026.

The lodge has everything you need, was clean and tidy and nicely decorated. Bacton is a hidden gem, with the beach only a few metres away, it was perfect. We almost dont want to recommend it, so that it never gets busy haha. But we will definitely return at some point :D

What a delightful caravan and location.

We will most definitely rent again but for a longer term. Beautiful all around. I highly recommend your location and will share with all my friends and family.

Accommodation was spotless, modern and very comfy.

Little extras such as pet treats and blankets were a lovely touch, though my pooches have sensitive stomachs so didn't have any treats but the fact they were provided was in keeping with the standard of the van. Location was brilliant virtually on the beach within 30 seconds...will definitely be back
