Arrive to find off-road parking before stepping into a welcoming interior, passing first through a carpeted hallway dressed with a vibrant, stylish rug, where a well-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare a favourite meal against its mid‑century tiled backdrop, with the comforting rhythm of the oven and hob warming the space alongside the fridge/freezer and makes self-catering a breeze, and a living/dining area with an open-fire framed by a classic brick surround, where bold colours and contemporary touches create a warm, characterful atmosphere to sink into after a day of exploring, settling on one of the two sofas as the soft light from the TV flickers in the background invites you to unwind after a day of exploring.
A double bedroom with en-suite bath and shower over enhanced by a quaint wooden headboard and neatly arranged artwork offers a soothing space, while a cloakroom with basin and WC adds convenience.
Outside, the enclosed garden with gravel and lawn provides a peaceful spot for alfresco dining or morning coffee.

What a lovely place Banham is and what a nice place to stay at The Pantiles the property had everything we needed for a wonderful week and the garden was a wonderful bonus.

Very spacious and comfortable accommodation with a large and enclosed garden for dogs in a nice quiet village and would go back again.
The Pantiles was a great property to stay in and ticked every box for us and our dogs.
The only criticism is the light in the kitchen is dull and your neighbour as you look out to the right is rude. On this occasion he was in his garden and came close to the fence, one of my dogs sensed this and had a bark. He then said loudly I can’t even go out in my own garden now! Yes, my dogs had the occasional bark but nothing extreme and certainly not at him. It put me on edge for the rest of our break sadly, but as they say you can’t choose your neighbours .
