“This property was first class, lots of thought have gone into making this a home from home, nothing was done cheaply just for holiday makers, it was done for uour comfort.”

Lovely towels showers, bed liinen. Comfy clean beds & linen. Double of everything you could need in the kitchen, nice ckean outside garden furniture. Oh & the best welcome pack we have ever received. THANKYOU.Also how kind Paige was in texting me about leaving eye drops behind. THANKYOU PAIGE, you have been very kind ,& helpful.

“We had a lovely week at this property.”

The house was very clean and well equipped. We all found the beds very comfortable. We enjoyed having meals on the patio and watching the bats in the garden in the evening. The cul de sac is quiet but close to the main road and a good pub. The property is in a very good location for exploring the North Norfolk coast with its choice of sandy beaches and places of interest. I recommend the Cromer Pier Show.

“Lovely light, clean and airy property.”

We loved sitting in the garden and admiring the flowers - the Rhododendrons were beautiful. Very comfortable and spacious. We plan to stay again. The guidebook was really helpful with offering advice on places to visit and parking as one of our guests was disabled. Great to have the pub nearby too. One small note - the guide said the refuse was collected on a Thurs but it was collected Weds so we weren’t prepared. I don’t know if this was a one off change. All in all we had a fab hols. X

Lovely comfortable modern home with the best equipped kitchen, just like home with everything you needed and more!!, the welcome basket was very thoughtful. The house is well situated for exploring Norfolk, with lovely beaches and walks fairly close by. I also loved sitting in the armchair watching the bats on an evening (not for everyone but I enjoyed it) Thankyou for a lovely stay, would definitely recommend

“We were very impressed on entry.”

Clean, tidy, modern, well stocked, very spacious, as advertised. With a low phone signal in the area, the good quality Broadband was useful as well. A very nice dining area to get the family together at meal times. Well maintained, no issues. For this property, we had no complaints and really enjoyed our stay. We felt very comfortable at the property. A very nice welcome pack. I always read the welcome guide and this one was very useful. Being directly on the A148 was really good as well, just going left and right out of Bodham close to many attractions in close proximity reduced my driving time during the week. A big thank you to the owners for helping to make the holiday more enjoyable.

“We loved the house!”

We’ve stayed in several self catering properties and this was the best place we’ve stayed in for the items supplied in the kitchen and overall throughout the house. Only a couple of issues, one minor, a mirror is needed in the twin room. The dishwasher didn’t work at all and was obviously an issue with previous guests as it had been mentioned several times in the maintenance book so it was very disappointing to not have that working all week. As it was Christmas week we didn’t try to contact anyone to repair it. We also had a power cut which we initially thought may have been a blown fuse, but there wasn’t any way of accessing the fuse box, which we believed may have been in the garage. Thankfully it was a mains issues and everything eventually came back on. We would have given a 5 star review but have left 4 because of the issues raised above.

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the welcome basket with lovely local tea, biscuits etc. It's a great base for exploring North Norfolk and the great coastline while being in a nice quiet village location. In good weather the garden is wonderful to sit out in. We found thar unfortunately the local pub was not serving food the week we stayed, however it's a pleasant short walk along a country road to the next village and a great pub there. All in all was one of the nicest holiday homes we have stayed in and would definitely return. Thank you!

“It was probably the best presented and equipped of any holiday cottage we have ever stayed at.”

We had a power cut and gave the heads up to the Management company that we might need to contact them if it had tripped the fuse board, which is located in the garage, to which we had no access. They were very helpful and even called round to check we had power restored (which we had), but it would have been more reassuring to have access to the fuse board ourselves as resetting is such an easy matter. Terrific house and great week though.
