The Studio

Don’t book it if you are not a smoker really bad stench owner came along with Air fresheners but did not make too much difference.

this really did spoil our weekend.

Marsham is a lovely little village and The Studio was fantastic for us and our greyhounds, All on one level, great space outdoors which was enclosed and safe for the dogs.

An absolute joy to stay here,everything was there that we needed including washing up accessories!

!the only thing on the downside quite a high step from living room into kitchen.

If you’re not interested in being buy the coast this is the place to be easy access to local woods and amenities

Nice little place to stay and has all you need,my 2 dogs had fun running round in the garden,which is safe and secure.

. Near 2 nice pubs and a lovely garden centre that also does nice food....

Glad to say the property was fine and clean,if I had to moan it was because it was very near to a busy main Rd, apart from that we enjoyed our week.

Everything was available. Lisa the owner was very friendly and if we needed to ask her anything she responded very quickly. Beds were lovely and comfortable. There was a microwave and electric cooker, fridge freezer. Internet was ok but could be better. Will definitely stay at the studio again.

We had a lovely stay at the Studio for a local rugby tournament.

It was clean, comfy, warm and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfy. The enclosed garden is great and perfect for our dog. Would love to return and explore more of the local area. Thank you.

A compact but cosy and comfortable accommodation on the edge of a pleasant village, roughly halfway between Norwich and the coast, so handy if you want to visit both during your stay as well as enjoying walks around the surrounding countryside.

Although the bedrooms back onto a main road we didn't find the slight traffic noise to be an issue, and the private parking at the front of the property was very useful. We stayed at a time when the spring warmth arrived, so found that the heating (electric radiators) was set too high for our comfort and was tricky to adjust, so we ended up just turning them off for the duration, along with the automatic air freshener in the living room which sprayed every 30 minutes and we felt was unneccessary. People staying should also be aware that the internet is very slow (3mb/s when we tested it); it would be nice if the owners could provide some board games or jigsaws to make use of instead. There were also only two side plates in the kitchen which was a little annoying for a family of three. But overall the property provided good value, was clean and in good condition and we would recommend it.

The studio was a lovely place to stay.

Close to lots of places to visit and a very good local pub serving excellent food. Loved 5he enclosed garden for our dog and the studio was well equipped with everything we needed. Really enjoyable stay. Thank you

Lovely cottage with great access to buses running into Norwich with Cromer and Sherringham the other way.

Property clean, tidy and comfortable, but I don’t know what makes its listing “luxury.

” It needs more information on how to use the heating, shower, microwave, etc. Although on one level, the description did not mention a large step down into the kitchen and bedrooms, and as we have mobility problems it was far from satisfactory. Some information about things to do in the surrounding area would be helpful. Would not return to this property. Absolutely nothing to do within walking distance, so being able to drive is a must.

Overall a good stay but one or two improvements to be made please.

A visitors book would be helpful as allows visitors to point out useful or otherwise to each other. Shower mat needed as very slippy when wet. Heating of living area not good .kept reverting to a mean temperature 20d needs clearer instructions for use.

A very well equipped property beautifully decorated for the Christmas period.

Lovely place to stay nice and welcoming, Christmas decorations were a nice touch, both dogs loved the garden and was very secure.

Arriving in driving rain, the efficient heating soon had the place warm, as we enjoyed a slice of the cake that greeted us.

Comfortable and well-equipped, this accommodation was perfect for our weekend stay. Well located for access to Norwich, the coast and visiting local attractions.

The cottage was clean and warm on arrival, and is a nice little home from home.

It’s well placed for visiting the coastal towns of Cromer and Sheringham. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog. We enjoyed our stay.

Ideally placed for exploring the towns and villages of North Norfolk.

Secure garden. Local footpaths useful for walking the dogs. Enjoyed our week.

The property was clean and comfortable and good size garden for our dog.

We had a cake and a pint of milk left which was welcomed after a long journey. I would suggest that some condiments be left at the property and that a shower mat be used in the shower cubicle. Unfortunately I am a bit sensitive to road noise and didn't realise how close the property was to A140. Otherwise, good proximity to the coast and other venues. Cromer, Sheringham, NorthWalsham, etc and done good pubs nearby

We were very pleased with the accommodation which we found very relaxing and comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy our holiday.

Also for the dogs the garden area was both safe and secure.

And the pub (The Plough) is just 2 minutes walk away, does great meals and it's dog friendly

Had everything we needed, enclosed garden was great for the dogs, off road parking ideal
