Clean,warm and comfortable stay at breydon cottage ,has all you need for a great stay,has well equipped kitchen if you want to cook at home cooked meal,and sit and eat in a cosy living room at dinner table ,has good outdoor space to sit and was very peaceful,thankyou for a lively stay

A lovely spotlessly clean home from home with everything you needed.

Nice quiet area with a Morrisons around the corner and a short drive to Yarmouth Gorleston-on-Sea or Lowestoft. Lovely furniture in south facing garden. The housekeeper Nicole was very helpful and let us know we could contact her if we needed to know anything

Delightful stay.

Plentiful off street parking. Enclosed back garden with comfortable seating area. Very clean , well equipped. Thankyou to host Nicole, for the welcome gift of profiteroles and wine...went down well!

Warm welcome from Nicole and so thoughtful to have some milk in the fridge , cookies and cake for our arrival.

The cottage was very very comfortable, well appointed and spotlessly clean.

The appliances in the kitchen were either new or not very old and spotless. The beds were also vey comfortable and the 3-piece suite is new. All-in-all an excellent holiday. Many thanks, Karen and Bob Neale

We had to use the car more than we wanted as the places we wanted to visit were all two bus rides away , they were all worth visiting though

.....we needed a place, local to where we live, while we had some roof work done on our house. Comfortable, warm, clean, all the facilities anyone needs. Nicole (the owner) was great too. Thanks very much.

Pleasant property, well equipped.

Unfortunately beds and lounge furniture have seen better days and we found them rather uncomfortable. Bit soft for our liking! Cream tea on arrival was very welcoming and enjoyable!

Like a real home away from home.

Perfect for a family get away. The host was also incredibly kind and welcoming. I'd highly recommend a stay here :-)

What a beautiful property in a great location.

On arrival we were impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the welcome basket with tea, coffee and biscuits was so welcome after a long drive. The listing was accurate in every detail so we knew we had made a great choice for us. Everything had been thought of in the property and we couldn't have asked for more. With local conveniences extremely close by, some excellent walks and cycle routes as well as being close to Gorleston and Yarmouth we had a really good break and would definitely recommend.

Lovely, comfortable house, in a perfect location for us.

Was a great base for us (family of 4 with 2 young children) to visit local attractions. The host was very welcoming and was kind enough to leave treats and buckets and spades at the property for the children. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful to offer advice about things to do and see in the local area. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Breydon cottage.

The house is very comfortable especially the two lovely bedrooms. The garden is a real bonus too. The owner was extremely helpful and communication was excellent. The only thing that could have improved our stay was a washing machine

Lovely property a little home from home.

Good location and a short drive to most things. Comfy beds, there was also virgin tv so of a evening was able to chill once home and watch anything we wanted. My only criticism was how low the sofa/arm chair is. I don’t have the greatest knees and getting up just aggravated one a bit but otherwise a really lovely place to stay with a friendly owner with good communication. We were also left a little basket with some chocs, biscuits, tea, coffee, milk which was a nice little touch.

Had a lovely stay it was like home from home .

Clean tidy . Spoke to the owner lovely lady if we had any problems we could contact her at any time . Had a lovely welcome basket tea , coffee, sugar , biscuits which we did not get a look in as my dad eat them all to himself . And a box of Ferrero Rocher which are my mums favourite . If visiting norfolk again I would defiantly stay at this property .

The location of the property very good, Nice and quiet.

Very clean and comfortable cottage.

On arrival the heating wasn’t working but Nicole the owner provided electric heaters which provided more than enough heat. Hot water was working fine. Over all a very pleasant place to use as a base to explore the area.

Breydon Cottage is clean and well equipped making it an ideal base for exploring Norfolk.

Nicole was most welcoming and the provision of some groceries was much appreciated.

Nice quiet estate. Owner was lovely and gave us lots of good tips for restaurants etc. Gorleston beach a 10 minute drive/ 50 minute walk ( far nicer than Great Yarmouth beach). Good base for exploring the area. Would definitely recommend.

It was a delight to stay there and so quiet in the area.

However, I would recommend a washing machine over a dishwasher, that is my only criticism, other than that overall fabulous

House was really good and so well equipped and the lady who owns the property was so helpful to us with ideas of places to eat and also places to visit.

If I ever go to Norfolk again I would definitely stay here.

This property only has a 2 seater sofa and 1 armchair when it is 4 bedded accommodation!

There is no mirror close enough to the electric socket to use a hairdryer, this could be solved by swapping the position of the wardrobe and dressing table. The heating system was temperamental so one afternoon we had no heating. The can opener in the kitchen was rubbish so would recommend you pack your own. Saying all this the fact that the property was immaculately clean means we would most definitely stay here again when visiting Great Yarmouth!

Very welcoming with biscuits and milk in the fridge on arrival.

Smart TV which was very good. Morrisons just round the corner which was convenient for shopping. Great place for a stay near the coast

A nice clean cottage situated in a quiet cul de sac.

Clean and comfortable.

The washing machine has been removed.

Didn't bother us as we wouldn't have used it anyway, but it might bother someone with a young family. Also, you stated towels were provided. They weren't. Again didn't bother us as, in line with your suggestion, had taken our own.

HAD EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT. WE GOT OUT EVERY DAY ,TO SOME VERY NICE PLACES .A GREAT PLACE TO BE. IF WE GO OUT THAT WAY AGAIN , WE WOULD BE GLAD TO GO BACK THERE. VERY NICE POEPLE AS WELL ,DO ANYTHING FOR YOU . 5 STAR

A perfect place for our family to spend a holiday in Norfolk.

Very clean and tidy with a homely feel. A nice touch was fresh milk, cookies, sweets and tea/coffee waiting for us on arrival. Comfy beds, warm shower and quiet at night. a good sized rear garden and play area nearby means kids can be outdoors if necessary. Off road parking is a bonus. 5-10 mins drive to Great Yarmouth depending on traffic. Overall really impressed and would definitely stay here again.
