“The location is perfect, the property has amazing potential but is tired and in need of a deep clean.”

Cleaning was hit n miss, cobwebs and dust. Windows desperately need cleaning. All Sanitary ware was very clean. Towels good. Duvet in main bedroom was thin and lumpy and needs replacing. Our dogs are small poodles that don’t shed, but clearly previous guests had different dogs and an upright vacuum cleaner would be helpful for dog hair. Cylinder cleaner was full, perhaps cleaner should empty? Kitchen equipment good. We would book again but it needs a deep clean, perhaps hard floor ...

Thank you for your feedback. As you note, it is sometimes a struggle to find the balance between allowing pets and keeping the property in perfect condition but I will look into your upright hoover suggestion for guests to use, as the cleaner brings her own one. We are also looking into arranging a professional carpet clean as I agree this is needed & I am in the process of arranging a new window cleaner as it seems our previous arrangement isn't keeping things up to standard. I hope you enjoyed your stay in the beautiful area overall and we would love to welcome you back in the future. Property Owner
