“Brundall House is well-equipped, beautifully furnished and spacious.”

One of the best holiday homes we’ve stayed in. The patio would be lovely in the summer. We particularly enjoyed the visits from a pair of long-tailed tits who came to the windows several times each day. Sarah was friendly and helpful. We really can’t fault anything. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

“Very comfortable and well fitted out property.”

Very spacious. Very easy to get to from main roads but in quiet area with local shops/pubs/restaurants. Located within walking distance of railway station for ease of access to Great Yarmouth, Norwich, Sheringham & Cromer to name but a few. “The property was warm, spacious, welcoming and easy to keep tidy.”

We enjoyed talking to the owners and being able to explore the area. The utility room was amazing . The only thing that would have been useful though was an airing rack for items that can't be tumble dried or to save electricity by putting it outside.

Nice accommodation.The owner available on site if needed. Well serviced with local shops, take always, restaurants and pubs, a good location for touring the coast and the broads. Good walks, good cycling , and not far from Norwich . We had an enjoyable stay.

One thing that would benefit visitors is more information about local places of interest. A guest book would be helpful here as visitors can add their local trips.

It is also very well situated for visiting the Broads, coast and Norwich itself. The co-op is just yards away and we had a take away Cantonese dinner for 2 which was excellent. It was a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

“A first class annexe, well kitted out.”

is in a convenient position for visiting Norwich and the Broads. We used our National bus pass into Norwich with the stop being a minutes walk from the property, next to the Co-op shop. The local pub was ok for a drink but not serving food as they do not have a chef.

“We had a fantastic holiday in Brundall House.”

It had everything we needed and more. My dog enjoyed laying on the snuggle mat and snoozing. It is a stunning and beautiful house, sitting on the patio in the sun was a bonus . “I did put a revue on trip advisor, stating how very good this holiday home is.”

It was exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. The furnishings,decor etc were very good and the close proximity to bus stop for transport into Norwich was excellent if, like us you dont want to use your car every day. Acle 6 miles; Norwich 8 miles.

Brundall is a large village on the banks of the River Yare in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. The village is famous for boat building and it is a centre for boat hire. The village is home to a number of shops, bars and restaurants and has a railway station on the Norwich to Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft line. Just eight miles from Brundall is the magnificent city of Norwich. Norwich boasts some of the finest buildings in Britain, with two cathedrals, a Norman castle and several large houses. Elm Hill is one of the oldest streets in Norwich, with beautiful cobblestones and Tudor houses, some now home to independent shops.
