    “The accommodation was disguising.”

    Hair, pubic hairs, stains..all photos I sent to Sykes. Sykes didn’t want to know. The only way I got any help was because the lovely caravan owner called Sykes about my complaint to them. All my photos and messages were ignored by Sykes who do not care about the people paying good money for places to stay. I will never book through sykes again as there is no help for consumers only for owners. I left the caravan early.

    we put a cleaner in the same day to deep clean the caravan. The client also had money paid back to her for the inconvenience of having to vacate the caravan while it was cleaned. As I am aware you stayed for most of your holiday and left a day earlier. we had new cleaner who was not up to our standard service . This has been rectified. sorry you did not enjoy your stay, when I spoke to you you seemed happy that everything was rectified in caravan promptly. Property Owner

Belton is a small, yet pretty village resting in the English county of Norfolk.
