The Good: •Great location on a lovely site •Clean and modern with features such as WiFi and a Smart TV •Some nice family board games left in the Chalet for rainy days •Close to beach •Nice gesture from owner-texted about 3 hours before check in time,offering to check in early informing Chalet was cleaned and ready •Many essentials provided by the owner such as clean towels and bedding, as well as many kitchen essentials , as well as dog bowls Could Be Improved: •Mould on one pillow in Bunk Bed Room •Stains on sofa-might help with a deep clean •Shower door sticks when trying to close-really stiff at times.

Overall we had a great experience and really liked the Chalet for it's great location and mod-cons, as well as the cosiness and cleanliness. The owner has really made an effort to provide a comfortable retreat. We like it so much, we have already booked for next year

We had a lovely few days at this chalet.

Very compact, but perfect for a few days away when the weather is good. Even better if - only 1 wine glass and 3 mugs so a few more of these would be useful. Had to buy a frying pan as the one available is very old - as are some of the utensils. The bedroom blinds are not blackout - so it is difficult to sleep past sunrise. None of these things stopped us having a lovely holiday, but are small cheap things that could improve the experience for others in the future.

So, this is a great chalet for a break as it's stand alone.

I was lucky in that none of the other chalets around were taken for most of my stay so peace and quiet. The dining area is very comfortable and the kitchen area spacy and well equipped. As I am disabled I would suggest a long handled dustpan and brush. The seating area was low so I found it awkward to get up and sit down however the sofa material was a good choice. Bedrooms very nice and bed perfect. Lighting and sockets as well (I use a Cpap machine so the sockets by the bed were a Godsend). Some people have mentioned maybe a microwave but that would have to be located on the wall if at all. I managed without just fine. Plenty of cutlery and crockery for use. Bathroom nice and big and shower spacy enough. I'm always loathe to give a review to great places as I would prefer to keep them my secret. Can't fault here at all.

Great place to stay, was very comfortable, had all the kitchen utensils/equipment required for cooking meals.

Toaster was really handy to have as previous reviews had suggested this was needed. Would benefit from better signage to the property as the number is very rusty and next to a plant pot so not easy to see if a car is parked nearby. To easily find the property it is next to the first carpark on the left as soon as you enter California Sands. The complex has a small shop which was handy. Reasonable price fish and chip shop also on the complex. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool, bouncy castles and the arcades. Places to visit nearby with kids - Gorleston on sea for crabbing- nice beach too - Bewilderwood - Pettits adventure park - Sealife centre Great Yarmouth - Mississipi boat ride in Horning - Thrigby hall wildlife parc - Bug Parc

Very nice and clean holiday home

Number 9 is lovely all you need for a holiday, we don’t cook when we’re away so never used the appliances but every thing is spotless when you arrive.

My only complaint is the bed is too soft for me but my husband slept fine. Would definitely

Toaster and micro wave would be nice and a little gate in front of door so you can let dog out of lead but all was lovely

A wonderful stay, Gavin messaged me to say we could go in early as cleaner had finished ( lovely extra few hours to settle in, thank you ) A lovely clean well presented property , on site swimming pool was a great bonus in the heat !

Lots of great equipment, could have done with a dustpan to help clean up and possibly a microwave or toaster as having the oven on made it really warm . Would definitely stay again , hopefully later in the year . Thanks

Lovely clean, modern, well equipped chalet.

A toaster would be a good addition. We personally found it a little cramped, and the toilet seat was loose, but overall had a very enjoyable stay.
