Very compact but everything you could need and more. Had problems with the WI-FI but the owner was very helpful and quick to help. The chalet was close to everything, the beach, cafe and supermarket etc. But very quiet. Definitely would stay again.

Mary was a lovely lady and we were frustrated that when she and her partner arrived on the Saturday the Sky internet, which runs from the mobile network, was down for maintenance. Not a great start to the week. We ran through some router checks with her on the phone to double check it was a service provider issue. Happily internet service was restored next day on Sunday morning but that was a day later than Sky had forecast. Unfortunately, on the Thursday before they left the 7 year old sim card in the internet router then failed. A replacement was ordered and installed by our cleaner, but not until Saturday morning by which time Mary and her partner had left for home. Nevertheless, they thought highly of the chalet, enjoyed their holiday and had good weather, but were very unlucky to experience two internet problems. The Sky mobile service is generally good and reliable at that location and the router normally works well for wi-fi connections to devices and TV streaming services. However, if there is network maintenance going on then the internet can be temporarily unavailable. We should add that we always want to know about and will do our utmost to sort out any issues at the property. However, it's done from a distance via 3rd parties as we're not nearby. The new sim card replacement involved it being posted to the site caretaker, the window cleaner who happened to be there on Saturday morning joining in to re-check the router for us after the Sky service had been restored and - when it was confirmed as a probable sim issue - the cleaner replacing the sim when she arrived. We do our best.
