The property

Situated on a quiet holiday park, just a gentle stroll from the village centre of Mundesley, lies this splendid, single-storey chalet, 31 Seaward Crest.

The property is a delightful retreat for families, with a beach, golf course and several shops, pubs and restaurants within half a mile.

After parking up directly outside the property, be welcomed into the open-plan living space, where you can unwind in the evening whilst catching up on some good TV, or gather the whole family and discuss where to visit next.

Give some time for the designated chef to get acquainted in the kitchen, housing a great range of integrated appliances, including a washing machine so you can pop your muddy clothes on a spin!

As the night rolls in, retire to the master bedroom to catch your rest, housing a double bed and storage for your personal items, while the little ones can settle in the twin room.

To the outside is a small covered area where you can relax with a drink whilst the children play on the extensive lawn.

When the weather's in your favour, head to the Blue Flag beach just half a mile away, perfect for swimming at a low tide and building magnificent sandcastles, as well as strolling along the promenade whilst tucking into a traditional ice cream.

Walkers will be keen to explore the scenic Norfolk Coast AONB, situated right on your doorstep, while the beautiful Norfolk Broads are accessible by car and the local area is heaven for walkers and cyclists.

Tick off some local attractions as you visit the Henry Blog Museum, a real treat for any history buffs, the Amazona in Cromer is perfect for children, home to over 200 South American Animals.

As you explore further afield, a trip to the city of Norwich is recommended, home to an impressive 11th-century cathedral and medieval history, and be sure to catch a show at the Norwich Theatre Royal.

North Walsham 5 miles; Cromer 8 miles; Sheringham 14 miles; Norwich 20 miles.

The attractive, Norfolk coastal village of Mundesley offers shops, cafés, a popular golf course, a large park with play areas, a wonderful sandy beach with brightly coloured beach huts, and quaint cottages, many of which are built in local flint stone. The popular seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham, which is known as a stop for steam trains travelling on the Poppy Line Heritage Railway, are both close by. There are many other places of interest in the area, including the National Trust owned Sheringham Park, Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall, and East Ruston Gardens and Hoverton Hall are a must for gardeners. The Norfolk Broads are also within easy driving distance, where children can enjoy tree-house adventures at ‘Bewilderwood’, or alternatively hire a cruiser and spend the day exploring the waterways. The city of Norwich offers a cathedral, castle, museums, the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts, various guided tours, excellent shopping and restaurants.
