This spacious Cromer holiday home is just paces away from Cromer seafront with its traditional pier, making it ideal for a group of families or friends looking to enjoy a coastal break in Norfolk. The ground floor of this stunning property features a welcoming snug, a dining room with a lovely large bay window and dining seating for sixteen guests, and a well-equipped kitchen with French doors that open onto a small, enclosed courtyard garden, perfect for alfresco dining! On the first floor of Birch House, you will find an additional large family sitting room, with plenty of seating and a wall-mounted TV, ideal for enjoying a family movie night. There is also a door off the sitting room which leads onto a small balcony, which is perfect for soaking up the sights and sounds of Cromer. The second floor is home to four en-suite bedrooms, two doubles, a twin, and a single. Completing the property is the third floor, which houses a double and a twin bedroom, both of which are served by a well-appointed shower room.
