    “The overall stay did not have any impairment on our stay.”

    crockery was chipped and dirty, dishwasher did not clean efficiently, fridge door did not close unless pushed, oven not cleaned, washing machine had mold inside, both shower heads sprayed water from joints, although i was able to fix downstairs by screwing head into pipe, bedroom patio doors would not open, upstairs toilet was not flushed (tissue in pan) in both showers was black mold, overall showing poor maintenance and cleaning, blankets in wardrobe not clean, overall description is not ...

Oak Tree Lodge is a superb, detached, modern property, set in the owner’s grounds, in the village of Crostwick, just one mile from Spixworth and five miles from Norwich, sleeping six people.

This cottage has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a ground floor king-size double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a ground floor bathroom, and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner.

Outside, there is ample off road parking, bike storage, an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture and hot tub and a front lawned garden.

Oak Tree Lodge is a wonderful holiday base for your self-catering break.

CROSTWICK

Norwich 5 miles; Wroxham 5 miles.

Crostwick is a small village in the Broadland area of Norfolk, just five miles from Norwich. The village is home to a popular pub and a fishing lake, and a number of shops can be found just half a mile away. Wroxham is only five miles from Crostwick and is one of the main centres for boat hire on the Norfolk Broads. The cathedral city of Norwich is five miles to the south and boasts a Norman castle, a magnificent range of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a number of cinemas, theatres and museums. A superb destination for a touring holiday in central Norfolk.
