Chalet 12

A very comfortable chalet.

Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Sofas and chair were comfortable too. Plenty of utensils, lots of bottle openers!!, and crockery. Could have done with a potato peeler, which we needed and a few more soft drink glasses. A very spacious shower, with plenty of hot water. Tv was advertised as a smart tv but it wasn’t only freeview. Thank you for a very comfortable stay.

This little chalet is in a good quiet spot near Hemsby.

Nicely positioned but tired decor and furniture with the beds being smaller than expected and sofas sagging. Not as clean as we hoped so had to wash up a few bits before use but cleaning materials were provided.

The chalet was so full of the stuff belonging to the owners there was not room for us to unpack and we had to leave our cases in the car.

There was too much furniture in the living space making it cramped and claustrophobic. As the chalet is for four people this amount of furniture was not necessary. The fridge, sink and other places were not clean we had to clean them. In the double bedroom to use the mirror I had to be a contortionist. We could not tell this from looking on line. Overall we were not comfortable, very disappointing.

Very satisfied with the property.

It suited our needs - a grandmother & two teenagers - perfectly and the weather was marvellous!

Basic and very cold ….

But saying that got in touch with owners and they brought a heater within the hour . Double bed very hard Although it sleeps 4 glad there was only two of us

Lovely bathroom, double bed was very hard and uncomfortable, room needs to declutter bit of furniture to make it more spacious as not a lot of room for family of4, kitchen well equipped but no baking trays for the oven, overall enjoyed holiday but would we stay again no

Although very basic facilities, the deep cleaning around doors and corners, and under furniture was not up to the usual Sykes standard and was rather disappointing.

Matress on 'double' bed very hard and uncomfortable. the bathroom was one of the better features..!

We were warmly welcomed on the day we arrived.

The chalet is very clean and comfortable. It has all the necessary facilities you need. And it was lovely to be away from the internet. Our boys enjoyed playing outside and we could supervise them easily from inside the chalet. The site is nicely kept and safe. The beach is 5 minutes walk from the chalet with a lovely cafe where we had our breakfast and our boys enjoyed the beach! We would have loved to stay longer but Patricia was fully booked already.
