Really lovely comfortable home with lots of space.

4 adults and 3 kids had plenty of room. Loving areas were great for chilling, space for everyone to relax on big comfy sofas. Beds were really comfy and good showers. Kitchen was better equipped than my kitchen at home! And everything looked brand new, the whole house was immaculate. Great location, we went to brancaster beach most days, just 10 mins drive away. Useful spa in the village. Couldn't fault it, we absolutely loved our break here and would love to return!

A very clean cottage, very well equipped and furnished to a high standard.

Ample space for 4 adults with 2 young children. The only thing that let the cottage down was that the garden hasn't been well maintained with large thistles and tall weeds growing in the lawn, gravel paths and driveway. It would also have been nice to have cushions for the garden furniture. The cottage is on a main road into/out of the village but not particularly noisy. Access off of the driveway would have been easier if the hedge had been cut back to improve vision. Overall a fantastic cottage with a luxurious feel that we would definitely book again if returning to the area.

A moder well appointed bungalow, nicely furnished, comfortable beds and a comprehensive kitchen.

The wooden shed for bicycles was very useful. If you are going for a cycling holiday, which we were ,be aware the B roads, including the one outside the house, are busy with a lot of heavy traffic.

Overall pleased on our second visit to Woodlark.

A couple of points that may help to improve other people’s stays: Grab rails in shower (particularly helpful for elderly visitors), Lounge area would be better served without large rug (again, for elderly visitors as it could be a trip hazard). Strong smell of oil from boiler made working and eating in kitchen unpleasant at times. Front hedge made exit from property more difficult than necessary would be better trimmed back.

Very cosy accommodation for 4 generation family.

Good quality furniture, comfy beds, sofas etc. Everything we needed in the kitchen for our Christmas break. Struggled with the heating (too hot) but was able to adjust individual radiators thankfully. Best place we've stayed at Christmas, look forward to staying again.

Kitchen had everything you needed .Bathrooms spotless with a nice supply of toiletries.Bedrooms had good quality linen very comfy. Living room was so comfortable and relaxing. Would not hesitate to book again. Thank you.

Couldn't fault it in any way. Would have been useful to have information re WIFI code, heating, bins. Owner responded helpfully to my telephone call
