“Frustrating to have to open the cupboard under the tv to change channels esp when you've got a curious dog with you.”

Sofas were a little past their best and we found them uncomfortable. Loved the location. The cottage was spotless. The bed was very comfy and the addition of an ensuite toilet was perfect. The garden was great and Wilfred loved exploring it. The welcome pack was an added bonus and Wilfred loved the treats left for him. You have literally thought of everything. Parking was tight for our larger car esp if there were other cars parked nearer to the entrance. We did struggle to find the cottage ...

We did struggle to find the cottage initially due to the work vans parked either side of the alleyway, so we couldn't see the postbox referred to in the directions. It was a shame that the pub was being refurbished and the other pub didn't serve food during the week. Limited places to eat locally. However, we did enjoy walking to West Runton tearooms (literally the best scones we've ever had), Dormy restaurant (delicious food but drinks a tad expensive) and into Cromer to our favourite cafe, Buttercups. This was Wilfreds first holiday and he settled really well. There are many dog friendly places to eat in Cromer and West Runton and slightly further afield in Sheringham. Having the beach on our doorstep was fabulous. Wilfred loved exploring the rock pools but wasn't keen on the sea.

Many thanks for the feedback. We are pleased Wilfred enjoyed his break! We are sorry to hear you didn’t find the sofas to your liking. The covers and cushions were all professionally replaced last year. We are hoping the White Horse pub will be open this summer, the menu certainly looks good and we are looking forward to a trying it out! Property Owner
