“The house is well located in Norwich and suitable for a family stay but is in need of some TLC and a thorough clean.”
There are many items that need fixing/replacing eg bed slats small room, curtain poles, bathroom towel rail/lights.
The kitchen was very unclean on arrival, sticky floors, greasy surfaces and unclean pots and pans and no cleaning equipment left only a very dirty used sponge. No cloths, dishwasher tablets or hand towels. White Bath towels had stains. Whilst we let the homeowner know and it was acknowledged nothing was done to rectify which was very disappointing especially with young children ...

The living room is good but chairs are uncomfortable but that might just be due to taste. Bedrooms comfortable.
Overall though a great location for exploring Norwich - fab local amenities including bars and eateries and parks for walking the dog.
Mrs Jones, I am happy your family enjoyed their time in Norwich. I apologise that the place did not meet your standards and the issues you raised with me have been addressed.
I was not aware there were any problems in need of repair as the house was just renovated. I had offered to attend the property as soon as possible to inspect and supply you with any missing items but did not receive a reply.
Thank you for your feedback, Jennifer
