The Old Chapel

The Old Chapel is a fantastic place to stay if you're looking to explore the local area, or Norfolk as a whole.

Our contact was very helpful with everything we needed, and even called us in advance to offer suggestions of places to visit nearby. The house is very cosy, the beds are very comfortable, genuinely feels like a home away from home.

Wonderful cottage and a wonderful week.

The cottage is extremely well appointed and very comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy on arrival, with the driveway gates left open, so pulling up and parking was easy. Entry is via the back door not the front, so spent a fruitless couple of minutes looking for the key box at the front door! Once in it was very clear that the cottage was very welcoming, with lots of space for everyone. We can always tell how good a cottage is by the beds and the showers… …well the beds and pillow were incredibly comfy, the two showers whilst small we’re powerful and hot. Both massive plus points for us. Also, the WiFi was great which is always a concern in such a rural location. The kitchen was well appointed, and the massive table was great for eating, drinking and playing games, things we planned to do plenty of. There is no shop in walking distance, but there is a garage 5 mins away and a large CO-OP in Dersingham (with high speed EV charging) which is 10 mins drive away. The local community centre and social club (it’s effectively a part time pub!) was very welcoming and friendly, although only open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The neighbours were lovely, helpful and chatty. They popped around to the back door on Saturday night to let us know that King Charles staying at Sandringham and was coming to Sunday service at the local church the next morning, and that we could go around and join the service if there was space. We opted to wander around and just see him turn up. To our bewilderment and surprise, The King wandered over to say hello, so we shook hands and had a chat!! Quite possibly the strangest start to any holiday ever!! A couple of minor gripes, any they are really minor… We had trouble working out the TVs, especially in the gaming room. We suspect that these have been interfered with by other guests, so someone might want to take a look. Wasn’t an issue for us as we didn’t plan to use them much. There was no charging cable for the PlayStation controllers, so we had to buy one to keep the teenage boy happy.

Beautiful old chapel, restored to a fabulous holiday cottage, owner has spent lots of money decorating and giving this property so much individuality and design.

The Old Chapel accommodation was ok but a few niggles let it down.

Certain areas needed some TLC due to general wear and tear (eg kitchen cupboard plinths falling off). Basically clean although kitchen drawers could do with a proper clean. Info folder in property needs attention - multiple copies of (almost) the same pages with different hand written notes dotted about. No info on what could be recycled - different areas have different rules so wasn't sure what was allowed. Listed as 2 bathrooms but only one bathroom plus a downstairs toilet and a separate shower in main bedroom. Listed for 6 guests but personally think main lounge would struggle with 6 adults. Positives - The owner was lovely when we had to contact him about something. Property is very reasonably priced for the area. Lots to see and do nearby.

Lovely old chapel in a beautiful area.

Beautifully decorated and presented. You do get some passing traffic but we did not find it an issue. Had a wonderful week here and felt very refreshed. We are National trust members and there are some beautiful NT locations within an hours easy travel. Had a day in Cambridge which is beautiful city and a must see. Owner was great when we had a couple of questions and his communication was excellent. Many thanks ☺️

2nd visit here and excellent accommodation has everything you need all facilities working and location beautiful made friends with the locals weather was a bonus for March no Complaints at all thank you

Disappointed with several aspects of the chapel.

Rooms very cluttered, signs all over the place which does not make for the calm space it should be. Nightstands in the big bedroom too small and wobbly, dusty chandelier. There are not 2 bathrooms; there is 1 bathroom and a shower in the big bedroom. The smoke alarm was bleeping on arrival, no interlinking safety system, no torches should the lights go off. Misleading info regarding fire — “bring your own fire” is not clear. It should say “bring your own fuel/firewood.” We thought “fire” meant a lighter. Oven and oven tray dirty and greasy, fridge dirty, broken chiller tray, cutlery drawer dirty with crumbs, rusty baking trays in cupboard. Fridge badly positioned — when the kitchen door is opened and someone is standing with the fridge door open, the kitchen door hits the fridge. Dusty lamps above kitchen table. No coasters. Could not find an iron. On the Thursday at 9:40, two gardeners entered the garden even though the gate was closed, and without a “by your leave” started mowing and strimming. There is gravel on the drive, and by strimming with our car on the drive, the gravel could easily have hit our car. We told them we were not leaving until the next day, assuming the gardening was a mistake. They said they always worked the Thursday — their contract. They left when we said it was strange and that someone was still in bed; they agreed it was wrong?? Such a pity as the chapel is an attractive house in a lovely location.

Lovely property, very clean, kitchen has everything you need.

comfy sofa, nice big kitchen table and interesting benches. Sky Q and tv in front room very good. couldn't get the dvd to play.comfy sofa. Son enjoyed the Playstation in the games room couldn't get the DVD to play in the Games room, bathroom upstairs nice, rolltop bath. nice garden but not really safe for our dog as our dog is small and back and front garden not separated and large gap under driveway gates. road very busy early till late, and noisy in the front room windowns/door not sound proof and found the old door to be drafty even with the curtain. the bedrooms were good ( floorboards noisy ) overall we enjoyed our stay.

We arrived to a wonderful surprise that the cottage was beautifully decorated for Christmas making the beautiful, cosy space even more special.

A bottle of prosecco to welcome us too! We enjoyed a lovely stay at the Old Chapel. It had everything we needed for the relaxing break we had planned..we enjoyed the access to the Sky Q and a wide range of dvds. A nice long soak in the roll top bath was a relaxing treat. We cooked most meals from scratch and the kitchen was well enough appointed to be able to do pancakes and a full roast dinner with ease. We rebooked for next year on our return - you can't say better than that!

Lovely accommodation.

Very clean. Very well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable. It is on a main road which could be noisy at times but you get used to it. The garden is only enclosed when the gates are shut which we found quite difficult with two cars on the drive. It is however in a beautiful area, very convenient for visiting Sandringham, Hunstanton etc. We had a very enjoyable week!

We had a very pleasant week at The Old Chapel.

The house and garden were both lovely and provided everything we needed for us including our dog. There was some noise from the road, but this did not spoil our holiday in the slightest.

It was a convenient location.

We love in a very quiet place and therefore we are not used to traffic noise - it even started early about 7am. This puts us off staying there again. The chapel is by a road and no double glazing probably due to building regulations The shower cubicle in the main bedroom bordered on the ridiculous. The seating was uncomfortable in the kitchen but it was church pews as a nod to the former chapel.

Lots to like: Prompt hot water in kitchen and bathroom Well-equipped kitchen Comfortable lounge Dining area in garden Top quality mattresses One main niggle: Wouldn’t class it as having two bathrooms: master bedroom only has shower, and 2nd toilet and washbasin downstairs and very small.

The best accommodation I have stayed in so far with Sykes, very well equipped and cleanliness excelled, Would recommend to all.

Great location for exploring Norfolk.

Beautiful village and the chapel was warm and cosy. The antique bath was brilliant with piping hot water, a real treat after a day walking.

We had a fantastic stay, property was all as advertised and lovely and welcoming .

The added bonus for the wife was the wine awaiting there for her. The local neighbours were also very welcoming And happy to help with any local issues/ questions.

Property was ideally situated for access to coast and local attractions.

It was very comfortable and relaxing. I agree with other comments made about the showers being on the small side but there was plentiful hot water and heating. Some areas need a bit of updating as a result of wear and tear. All in all an enjoyable holiday and thanks to the neighbour for all his advice and assistance.

Beautiful place to stay, and great location.

Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and lovely open fireplace in the lounge. We stayed for a week and it was a great base for visiting Kings Lynn, Hunstanton, Sandringham and other nearby attractions. Any queries we had about the house were answered quickly by helpful and responsive owner! Would recommend and stay again!

The garden is child and pet friendly once the front gates are shut. Good base for exploring north Norfolk, lots of interesting places to explore!

Great property full of character in a lovely village location.

Lots to do if you want to travel around or great garden with seating and BBQ if you want to just stay put. Will be going again.

Absolutely thrilled with the Old Chapel.

It was immaculate, and the decor is unique and beautiful with lots of homely touches. Had everything we needed. The Games room is super and my 8 year old loved spending time in there with plenty to do in between outings. The showers small and temperamental, but that's a minor issue and did not impact our holiday whatsoever. The surroundings are just stunning and not far at all to Old Hunstanton. One of our favourite places. The bath in the main bathroom is divine, perfect to relax and switch off and enjoy the quiet of the area. And the garden is also a beautiful place to sit and unwind from the days activities. We feel incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to stay somewhere so idealic.

A lovely quirky chapel.

Ideal for an extended family holiday. Comfy beds and well equipped. Garden is well maintained and ideal for our dog. Would benefit from a larger shower in the upstairs bathroom and a further toilet in the en suite, but this would not put us off returning.

Lovely place to stay the wife wanted to put the whole house in her bag and take it home, the beds are extremely comfortable two TVs so no arguing with the daughter.

Small problem's the vacuum cleaner had not been emptied and the Nespresso machine jammed and I had a problem clearing it on in investigation I found it had not been emptied (never used one before) the drive is covered with beach pebbles so not suitable for walking sticks or crutches (we are both on walking sticks). This is a place to visit north Norfolk (visit to Rose & Crown lovely restaurant) a very enjoyable holiday.

The home is beautiful, we spent lots of time in the back garden watching a baby blackbird being looked after by its parents.

There was plenty of space for our family to chill out after a busy day sight seeing.

A really lovely quirky place, a good mixture of old and new.

Everything we needed was there, kitchen very well-equipped. Beds lovely and comfortable, lovely bed linen as well. The tv was a added bonus being so big and with a sky package.

Only comments: and it may be that our technology is a little behind. Most of the appliances are "state of the art" digital so it took a while on knees to work them out with help of the manuals. Neighbour was wonderful and apparently he has helped out other renters with the thermostat control. We didnt realise it was "free range" little white unit until penultimate day. We were looking for thermostat which in main welcome book says "is behind curtain in kitchen." Otherwise everything well above par. Many thanks.

Charming ,clean and comfortable cottage in a lovely village and well situated to visit the coast and sights .

Well equipped and very nice to receive 2 bottles of wine ,Thank you . Our only complaint is with the listing that states 2 bathrooms ,this is misleading. There is one bathroom with a very small shower and a shower cubicle in the large bedroom , would be fine for a family but not for 2 couples sharing . Otherwise would recommend to anyone and would definitely come back again .

Overall the property was lovely with great character, but was not quite as clean as I would have liked with dust, cobwebs and a few stains on the carpets, walls and ceilings, this didn't really bother us but might be and issue for some.

The power showers were lovely however they, and the heating, stopped working on the 3rd day of our stay, this was fixed by the owner the same day; a good service by the owner. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The internet was good and we appreciated the Sky TV with added sky cinema. The kitchen had everything you need for a holiday. We could not see in the listing a hair dryer or iron but we found both during our stay. Very near to Sandringham house and Kings Lynn. We also appreciated the 2 bottles of wine upon arrival. The road is a little busy and noisy at times but that didn't bother us. Overall a nice stay at the property.

One of the most equipped places we have stayed it had everything from a games room to a well equipped kitchen and even sky tv with movies We had a great time nice to unwind and relax wine was a nice touch Roger was on hand with any questions we had and replied straight away Clean and tidy throughout The only drawback was we didn’t stay long enough

A SUPER STAY OVER THE FESTIVE PERIOD AT THE CHAPEL.

INVITING AND COSY. THE BEDS AND PILLOWS WERE SO COMFORTABLE AND THE HOUSE HAD GREAT LIGHTING TOO. CLOSE ENOUGH TO VISIT THE COAST AND SANDRINGHAM ESPECIALLY ON CHRISTMAS DAY WHEN WE WENT TO THE CHURCH ON THE ESTATE TO SEE THE ROYAL FAMILY ATTENDING THE CHRISTMAS SERVICE. THE GAMES ZONE ROOM WOULD MAKE A LOVELY SECOND LOUNGE/SNUG WITH SETTEE AND ARMCHAIRS AND SMALL FIRE

Poor lighting in bathroom and lounge.

Shower not suitable for average adult. Furniture not practical in kitchen or bedroom too much clutter about. Pointless games room unless your twelve. Main concern lack of exits if there was a fire. Why the Xmas decorations in November?Why always alcohol in welcome pack and not bread milk and eggs. Disappointing place. Clear the tack and gimmicks it's a holiday let after all.

Best ive ever stayed in.

We had a wonderful week stay at the Old Chapel, set in the little village of Flitcham.

Situated on the main road which can be busy during the day but it was hardly noticeable inside the property. Stylishly decorated and tastefully furnished throughout. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bed was super comfy too it being a Tempur mattress. Our friendly neighbour was on hand if we needed help with anything. We were especially pleased with the Sky TV which had Netflix and Disney+ so we could watch films etc at our leisure. There are lots of dog friendly places to visit and you won't have any problems finding somewhere to eat with your furry friend either. All in all a great place to stay whether you want to relax or be out and about. Will definitely be back again in the future, thank you to Roger our host.

Lovely accommodation beds were so comfortable and lovely linen.

The wine and crisps welcome was a lovely touch. The down side for us was that the oven was desperate for a clean. Would have liked instructions for use of oven and central heating, sorted out heating with the help of Paul next door. Thermostat needed new batteries. One shower very small, but other than that we had a lovely comfortable and relaxing week.

We had a delightful stay at the old Chapel.

Clean comfortable and very well equipped, however there wasn't an iron, which actually made my stay perfect and Patrick looked fine in creased trousers. The garden was beautiful and secure for our little dog. The neighbour next door was friendly without invading our privacy, which was welcoming. We would have no hesitation in recommending this delightful property. We are also considering a return next year.. Thankyou.

What a lovely place to stay!

Beds very comfy, kitchen has everything you could need, beautiful well-maintained garden, beautiful living room with open fire. The whole place is so cosy. Thanks for the kettle chips too- (we don't drink that much these days, so left the wine).

Property stank of dogs on entering.

We could not eat in the kitchen such was the odour. Not cleaned properly at all. Lounge similarly doggy to the extant that dog allergy triggered without any live dogs present. Even with antihistamines we had to leave after just 2 nights. Do not stay here if you are allergic to dogs. Entry to off road parking dangerous if you want a safe exit, or a safe entrance means backing out onto the main road through the village. space for 2 small cars only. Entertainment good for teenagers, location nice, close to coast and Sandringham.

The owners were great to deal with (and we had some welcome goodies, thank you). The property is comfortable with a bbq area. Very friendly locals, beautiful beaches 30 mins away and great cycling from the door. We had a great time.

Nice quirky chapel with garden.

Great location to visit Hunstanton and Sherringham. A lot of thought has gone into chapel and we liked the decor. Owners very helpful. The only thing we found difficult was that the village was very busy with traffic, so there was constant noise and you can hear the road in the chapel. There is also building works going on next door. This is out of the owners control, but we were hoping for a sleepy village and this was not the case. We were a couple so the cottage was plenty big enough. I think 6 (as chapel has 3 bedrooms) it maybe be cramped downstairs. Also if you have children there is games room which would be ideal but the table football as in photos is no longer there, so maybe photos need updating. We enjoyed exploring the area and there are plenty of places to visit.

Uniquely lovely!

Such a gem! The photos does not do it justice. We loved investigating each room and finding the unique charms and surprises that tied into the history of the chapel. A lot of thought and consideration has been put into the facilities and amenities. Fruit basket, lovely wine and prosecco. We received a lovely welcome from the very friendly and helpful neighbour. Even booking was a great experience. I got a phone call thanking me for the booking, had a lovely chat and was sent a link with all the info I could possibly need. Extremely thoughtful, accommodating and helpful. Going the extra mile in helping sort out an issue that was entirely our fault. Thank you so much! We definitely highly recommend this cosy, quirky gem.

We spent 4 nights in this charming Chapel, it's a real home from home in a beautiful setting.

The Chapel has all the home comforts you require for your break and more - Thank you for the generous welcome hamper! It's ideally located to go exploring - we went for long walks on nearby beaches, visited Sandringham Estate and Holkam House during the day and enjoyed our evenings together cooking, watching movies and playing a broad range of different board games from the Games room. We hope to visit again soon!

Lovely place, first class condition with so much thought gone into it.

Really enjoyed our stay and would book again which says a lot. House guide could do with updating regards to heating as it turned cold while we were there with a new heating system having been fitted. Road noise can be intrusive but you get used to it, suggest sleeping in the rear bedrooms. Seating could be more comfy but the wing back chairs were OK. Lovely walk for our dog in the fields by the Church. Great place to stay!

The property is not as described.

There's very little storage in the kitchen for groceries and there had been items left by previous occupiers. The instructions are not up to date and the television is far too complicated. The main disappointment was the bathroom facilities, certainly not adequate for six people especially as the downstairs toilet appears to be blocked and we did not use all week. On the positive side there are lovely neighbours and the beds were excellent.

Wow, what a little gem !

! Lovely converted dog friendly chapel in the heart of Flitcham. Our party consisted of 4 adults and a Westie. Was pleasantly surprised at the size of the property. Large well equipped Kitchen/Diner has everything you could possible ask for. Large lounge which easily seats 7 adults - combination of quirky sofa and chairs but very comfortable, downstairs WC, confined but does the job. Lovely games room if you have children Xbox, games and dvd galore. Three good size bedrooms, although twin didn’t have much hanging space but plenty in the master bedroom so daughter was happy to share . Hairdryers and towels provided in all rooms. Information guide on property and useful local information can be found in folder on dresser in kitchen. Good size rear garden with bbq and a lovely seating area. If you are taking your dog would suggest you close gates on driveway to secure garden as it wraps around. Sensor lights in driveway and leading up to the back door. A great location to explore the surrounding area, Cromer, Wells Next Sea, Hunstanton Old and New and of course a few miles from Sandringham. Paul the next door neighbour and his wife are a lovely couple, they have a wealth of information regarding the history of the village and the Royals. Roger the owner was on hand as and when needed, we had a little issue with the key safe, but a txt sorted this problem out, also recommended restaurants and places to visit. Building work is going on next door - however this did not affect us. The builders arrived around 8am and were gone by 4pm and they didn’t turn up everyday. Please bear in mind the location of this property there is no village shop or pub. We would definitely recommend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Have one suggestion bathroom light - could do with brighter bulb.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Old Chapel.

Very comfortable accommodation and we loved the quirky decor. As it was such a sunny and warm week when we stayed we did not make much use of the game zone which is very well furnished with games, books and DVDs. The garden is lovely for sitting out in and dining al fresco.

General cleanliness was sub standard.

The lounge smelt of dogs and we avoided this room for the whole week - we know pets are allowed but dog hairs on the sofa and we tried to use the hoover but this was entombed in dirt and dog hairs - the state of the hoover would have created more mess than cleaning it and to top it all the owner states "sofas are for humans"? The kitchen, appliances and cooking items were dirty and clearly had not been cleaned for a while. Dishwasher filter blocked with food? An uncared for property! The other main complaint was the building site right next door to property - morning skip delivery - workers vans parked in front of Chapel - crashing and general noise throughout the day - came home to some peace and quiet. It is the responsibility of the owner and/or Sykes to inform customers of any such works at the time of booking so we can make an informed decision. Images and video submitted to Sykes - pictures speak a thousand words.

Hi sorry to be to the point but we found that the settee and the chair in the lounge to be very uncomfortable also the kitchen benches, because of this we only stayed 5 nights.

The old chapel in Flitcham is a little piece of heaven on earth!

The location is simply beautiful.surrounded by beaches, nature reserves and Sandringham it is an ideal place to escape the norm, and truly relax. The property it’s self is bursting with character. A beautifully renovation chapel with the most comfortable beds you will ever find! The open fire, the games room, a bath under the stars truly makes this holiday let a true gem, and one I’ve been blessed to find! I cannot fault the place. Some peoples reviews I think do not take into exception that the property is an old character property. Therefore be prepared for its quirky features. Personally I cannot recommended The Old Chapel enough, and will

The property was fine.

Lovely building, in a lovely village. Although the road it’s on is a bit of a “ rat run” at times with it being a short cut to the coast. The chap next door was a true gentleman. The decor wasn’t to our liking but then we’re all individuals. With are own unique likes and dislikes. The sofa in the lounge was very difficult to get out of. The drive was a little cosy for two cars. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. The house is technology rich. The kitchen was a little cramp with very little space to store food. The low lamp and positioning of the table meant it was difficult to avoid hitting your head if you sat on the window side of the table. A door mat is needed in the kitchen. Nowhere to wipe feet on entering the kitchen. I used a mat from my car. The on suite isn't actually one in the true sense of the word. Shower yes, no toilet though. The down stairs toilet is very cosy. Just enough room to do what needs to be done, tall folks could possible find it too cramped We didn’t use the garden. Looked fine although you’d have to watch children with it being a raised garden with a good drop onto the path in places. Overall we enjoyed our stay the area is wonderful and with in easy reach beaches and places of interest.

Found the Old Chapel to be very welcoming, clean , nicely decorated to a high standard & with all the facilities needed to ensure a comfortable stay ( beds were lovely , sky TV & broadband both available).

Also a great base location to explore the coastline of the North Norfolk coast. Unfortunately my mum was taken ill meaning we had to leave earlier than expected, within a day the owner of the Old Chapel contacted me to see how my mum was & then offered us a partial refund, which was totally unexpected but very much appreciated & generous. Excellent pre holiday details and information.

Well appointed property with wonderful welcoming atmosphere and extremely comfy beds.

The Chapel itself had been done very nicely, however overall it was a challenge with 6 adults.

The lounge was difficult to sit 6 people comfortably to watch TV. The sofa although looks fab it was very low to the floor and hard to get up from. The property also lists a downstairs cloakroom which again was difficult to use and for the bigger person would be impossible I realise its due to the design of the building,so not sure anything can change. One other thing which I think should be noted in the details was the garden,to access the main garden area was 2 very high steps or an equally steep grass bank, which again for the slightly less fit would be very difficult to use the garden, which is a shame as its very nice once you get there. Although we would probably not book this particular property again I'm sure we will book through sykes again.

We were aware that the property was on a busy road, although we did not expect the noise of the traffic to be quite so invasive, especially at night.

Fortunately for us the extensive building work next door was suspended during our stay, otherwise that could have been an issue. The property was well equipped, especially the kitchen , with high quality equipment. However we were constantly hitting our heads on the low hanging lighting above the dining table, for the first couple of days. The games room was a welcome bonus, our grandchildren enjoyed making use of it and the gaming chair. We were fortunate to have excellent weather for our stay, so made good use of the very pleasant garden.

The Old Chapel is a stunning property, with everything you need for a wonderful holiday.

The beds are so comfortable, you will not want to leave. My boys, including my husband, loved the Games room. The pink sofa in the lounge was my favourite place to lie back and relax. There is so much to do in the surrounding area - Sandringham and Brancaster Beach being our favourities, and The Ffolkes pub. Roger, the owner, is so helpful, thank you. We hope to return.

Everything clean and we were missing nothing during our week. There were lots of extras such as books and games that made it feel like a home from home. Beautiful little village to walk around and very close to lots of the best in Norfolk. We had a lovely week here and were very fortunate to pick a very sunny week too. Friendly neighbour selling all sorts of plants and produce that was very useful too!

Beautiful property in a quiet location.

Major building site next door with noisy heavy equipment,we at least should have been informed.

One shower cubicle was so small it was unusable we all had to share another one in a dressing area with no toilet or hand basin.

It felt more than just a self catering property.

Felt more like someone's home. The high standard of facilities such as the kitchen equipment, sound system, games room were all appreciated and made the stay feel special. Complimentary local craft gin was a lovely touch.

The cottage was warm when we arrived, which was much appreciated, as we arrived late.

Have arrived at other places, and the first thing you have to do is work out how to turn the heating on ! It was comfortable, and very charming.

Very well kept house with lots of amenities.

You can tell the owners reinvest to keep the house up to scratch. Carpets and decor all looks very new.. Kids loved it also. Will be coming back.

In one word the Old Chapel is “Amazing” We booked this as a last minute break and we were so glad we did as we had a wonderful stay at the Old Chapel and everything exceeded our expectations.

It is beautifully renovated with lovely decor and homely touches and exceptionally clean and well equipped and from the moment we stepped through the door we felt at home. The surrounding area is lovely with lots of places to visit and lots of nice pubs and restaurants to go out and eat if you wish. We shall not hesitate to book the Old Chapel again and hopefully in the very near future as we enjoyed our stay so much, we don’t normally go back to the same place but a revisit is a must for us. Thank you and highly recommended.

Beautiful decor really lovely and toasty warm loved the fire and gin samples!

Beds lovely, cool barrista style coffee machine (take your own pods). I’d suggest replacing the sofa cushions loosen off bath taps and get a new table football in the games room. Very rickety and rocky! These small things would make the place excellent ❤️

A really lovely cottage in a great village location for seeing the area.

Lovely furnishing with great colours and decoration. Very comfortable and homely. The cottage is on a busy road, which when we arrived thought may bother us, however the road is busy at the usual rush hour times but quiet otherwise and we really didnt notice it all. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back again.

THE ROAD THIS PROPERTY SITS ON IS A B ROAD BUT YOU WOULDN'T KNOW IT, ITS MORE LIKE AN A ROAD ON STEROIDS ITS SO NOISY YOU CANT HEAR THE TV AND THE TRAFFIC IS NOT JUST PEAK HOURS, ALSO HAD TO STAND IN ROAD TO STOP TRAFFIC TO GUIDE CAR OF THE DRIVE, THIS PROPERTY IS NOT “ ON A QUITE COUNTRY ROAD “ I LIVE ON THE OUT SKIRTS OF MANCHESTER AND WE LIVE IN A LOVELY QUIET PLACE, I WAS SO SHOCKED THAT WE HAD BEEN SO MISLEAD.

We had a lovely holiday in The Old Chapel.

The accomodation was very comfortable for us (4 adults and 2 children). The decor, furnishings and finishing touches were all such high quality. We were happy with the location as we were happy to drive to different areas. We went to on the Norfolk broads for day boat hire and Bewilderwood which are both about an hour away. Would also highly recommend Old Hunstanton and North beach at Heacham which were only about 20 mins drive. Can't recommend the accomodation highly enough.

House is absolutely fabulous, everything you could need is available.

Sky q is very nice in a holiday rental. The complimentary gin made us go to the distillery and make a purchase and will be following the business. The cottage is good base for sight seeing and the beaches are wonderful. The only gripe we have is the syke site it stated the house was on a quite road which is totally untrue, it is a very busy road all through the day and night

Great location too numerous beaches, Chapel was well stocked with everything you would have at home to make it comfortable, extra’s like Sky TV and games room including games station and large TV.

Complimentary Gin and Tonic was a nice touch. My only gripe was the bathroom situation upstairs as the main bedroom only has a shower no basin or toilet. We had lovely time, the weather was great and we had use of a nice table and chairs together with a recently renovated garden area.

A wonderfully quirky holiday home decorated beautifully.

No pine beds and magnolia decor here! It's high spec and first and foremost a home that you can walk into and feel like you are at home too. Great playroom for the kids as well - perfect for my 11 and 14 yr old boys - meaning we got to have the cosy fire in the living room all to ourselves with a glass of complimentary gin. This is a fantastic location to explore Sandringham and the north Norfolk Coast.

The chapel had everything a family could want from a holiday home.

Great location,tastefully decorated,clean and comfortable.The kitchen was very well equipped and the games room provided great entertainment for children and adults.We hope to return soon.
