“We noticed that the hand rail had been installed but it was not really safe as it had no down rails just a large gap.”

If you had young children they could slip through easily .it was not easy getting our luggage to the chalet as no pathway from the car park just a grassy area that was a bit steep .some people would really struggle with that

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, owing to construction of the steps up to the chalet, it was not possible to add down rails. I sought advice from a health and safety consultant who deemed the work carried out to be satisfactory. You are the first people in the two years which I have owned the chalet to mention about the grassy area. This is the property of the park themselves and I will pass on your feedback to them for their response. I hope that you enjoyed your stay in the chalet and that I will have the opportunity to welcome you back at some point in the future. Property Owner
