    “Moat Farm Cottage is a sure fire hit, we can't imagine anyone being the slightest bit disappointed.”

    The facilities, cleanliness and maintenance are 100%. In fact, we thought the property was a relatively new build or at least recently refurbished it was so clean and in such good condition. The heating was superbly effective and coupled with the privacy, quiet and lack of light pollution meant the stay was incredibly relaxing. The locality is very rural and virtually flat which is ideal for cycling and walking although all tastes could be accommodated with pleasant towns, the coast, country ...

All in all, fantastic. We would definitely recommend this property and if you were ever only going to hire one holiday cottage then it should be this one.

Moat Farm Cottage is a contemporary, single storey, detached cottage, next to the owners' home and private plant nursery and is on the outskirts of the rural Norfolk village of Wood Dalling, near Aylsham.

The cottage can sleep six people and has a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom, an adult bunk bed room, a bathroom and an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed, lawned garden with patio and furniture.

With the coast within easy reach, Moat Farm Cottage is a wonderful base for your family holiday.
