Lovely accommodation.

Clean and comfortable. The only problem was the amount of flies the rooms were really warm (fans supplied) but as soon as you opened a window or the patio doors the room was full of flies really needs fly screens.

One of the best dog friendly properties I have stayed in.

It was tidy and spotlessly clean throughout. Thoughtful welcome card, Prosecco and milk were a lovely touch. Comfortable beds, big towels which all smelt lovely. Well equipped kitchen.The garden was perfect for the dogs and ourselves, very secure and could relax knowing the dogs were safe with the doors open. Tiled floors which the dogs could walk on. ( one struggles on wooden floors) Easy parking. Walks from the door. Quite rural location. Guests would need a car for amenities and visiting places but we were within easy reach of the beaches. Excellent property thank you.

Lovely accommodation - comfortable, spacious and with everything we needed.Perfect for our dog with tiled floors and an enclosed garden, with the field just outside the door. Not far from Holkham hall and Wells next the sea-great for walks and the beach. Thank you also for the lovely welcome pack!

Loved the location and the peace and quiet.

Close to the areas we wished to visit, Sandringham, Norwich and Sheringham to mention a few. The welcome packs were a nice touch and appreciated. As we like to cook, it was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We only had one issue which was the heating. Because the weather had turned cold we could not seem to alter this to our liking. However after phoning our contact number all was resolved quickly.

This property is terrific for a quiet 'get-away' - our second visit.

And we'll be back. It's spacious enough and is well appointed. It's situated in the centre of everywhere that's great to visit - Wells next the sea, Castle Acre etc.,etc. We had a small issue with noisy neighbour workmen who had no consideration for anyone and played loud music in the early morning and constantly banged and clattered. This is only a temporary set back and the owner of the old dairy was attentive and sympathetic. The Old Dairy is a fabulous place in a great setting and I can't speak highly enough of it.

This place is amazing, everything you could possibly need.

All though very remote and quite, not far from Croma, Sheringham, wells on the sea all a must to go too. I am hard of walking, so never done any of the walks

The Old Dairy was easy to find and to park at.

The property was a lot more spacious than I expected. Despite warnings, I still nearly fell down the step, can't blame anybody else. Was great to have milk in the fridge as well as good quality tea and coffee. A couple of lovely preserves too, greatly appreciated as I hadn't brought anything sweet with me. The flooring is all rustic tiles and I was delighted that my big wuss of a Greyhound was happy to walk on them. Bit cold on the feet without slippers for me. First night, the heating was seriously noisy for some reason. This seemed to resolve itself the rest of the week so not sure what happened. There are some good field walks if you go with a dog. A wooded area across the road and a meadow behind the property. Nothing else in walking distance so I took the car to Castle Acre to look at the ruins. You can also visit the priory but I didn't go there. The only negative was the neighbours' dog was quite barky if anybody passed on the gravel. Wasn't all day or anything though. All in all, a really nice property, well equipped, clean and warm. Garden is lovely and secure, I had the door open on the warmer days and it was beautifully bright.

We enjoyed our stay at the Old dairy and found the property clean and with modern facilities and the shower etc of good quality.

The chocolates and wine on arrival was a nice welcome. The beds were comfortable and in general the property is spacious. The only exception was we weren't keen on the artificial grass and it would be nice if it was converted back to an original grass lawn. The barn is great for a short stay and as we stayed for 18 days the use of a washing machine was helpful but there is no tumble dryer so we had a problem getting our clothes dry as some days we couldn't hang out washing due to the weather. It's a bit isolated but we loved that, in an hour's walk we didn't encounter one car! We recommend the Old dairy for a quiet stay and thank you to Kerry the owner who is always contactable and very helpful. D. M. Norfolk

We had a lovely stay at the old dairy.

It was spotless and the facilities were fantastic. The kitchen is a really good quality. We really could not find a fault. The welcome goodies were a really nice touch and above what you would normally expect. The dogs loved it too. Will definately be back

The Old Dairy, alongside it's sister Little Barn, is absolutely lovely, it has everything, for two and four-legged guests.

It is super clean and comfortable and is fabulous for getting away from everything and enjoying long walks across fields, although close enough to be able to access all amenities and visit some great locations in the nearby area. We love it, which is the reason we keep coming back. During our stay we somehow managed to switch the heating thermostat down, a quick message to the Kerry and it was fixed remotely. We can't wait to return again.

Excellent property in quiet rural location, but with easy access to the countryside and coast.

The Old Dairy is a lovely place to stay very quiet and has a garden for our dog to run around .

The welcome pack was great along with the Christmas tree and the chocolates!. The beds are very comfy and plenty of storage. We had no complaints about this property and would highly recommend to family and friends, it is in an ideal position to visit the Norfolk coast.

What a great place - and the cost was certainly reasonable.

It's certainly off the 'beaten track' but the quiet and setting are wonderful. The Norfolk sky at night without any light pollution is worth seeing. The Old Dairy is very well appointed and has all the amenities one could desire. The thought which has gone into the development of the property is excellent. We had difficulty unlocking the garden door (from the lounge), and the 'on-suite' toilet seat required some attention but these issues were exceedingly minor compared to the excellence of the property.

A great cottage with lots of space, the photos don't do it justice, a good welcome pack was much appreciated, it is a really special getaway destination.

It was a beautiful barn conversion and was laid out exactly how we liked it.

It had a very secure back garden which was ideal for our dog which can get a bit nervy around other dogs. The accommodation is perfectly situated to Sandringham however they do not allow dogs!! We found other things to do. It was well equipped though we eat out most days so didn’t use the kitchen for our main meals. Would definitely go back again.

Ideal location for all areas of Norfolk we wanted to visit.

My stay here was very enjoyable nice and quiet easy access to places to walk the dog bonus having three fields close by lovely welcome pack a visit to the brisley bell is a nice experience also the old dairy cafe was excellent lovely staff and great food most enjoyable experience I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cottage it’s not that far from place like Cromer sheringham and wells next to sea for a day on the beach

we enjoyed our stay greatly,though we would have preferred to be nearer to a local shop and pub.

The only thing that was annoying as the weather got warmer was the number of flies invading the property, we were forever swatting the pesky things.

Had a fantastic week,quite are but area we know quite well.

There during heatwave but house was cool for dogs and having old dairy for in worked nicely .House was very clean on arrival kitchen has all you will need and cumfy lounge area.Bedroom very nice and very nice bed ,handy having 2 bathrooms even though there was only 2 of us ,due to hot weather always in shower.Outside garden very secure for our 2 dogs and nice area to sit .The garden is astro turf and did get hot during heat wave but hey we don't have many of those.Loved this cottage and would go back there no problem.We would also like to thank you for all the bits you left for us :)

We had a lovely stay at The Old Dairy.

It was a home from home. Good to have bath sheets in the bathroom. The property was a little more remote than we anticipated and a shop to buy bread, milk etc was a lot further away than we’d hoped. A lovely thoughtful welcome pack was left for us including fresh flowers and a welcome card which was a lovely touch. Just to note one of the outdoor chairs is broken. We still were able to use it by putting the lightest of our party on it with a cushion

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday at the Old Dairy.

It had everything we needed and was clean throughout. It was also the perfect location for exploring north Norfolk. And the welcome package was amazing. Definitely recommend.

Great facilities, lovely setting all ruined by the barking reactive two dogs who barked the entire time we were there!

That triggers the other neighbours dog and everyone you scrunch the gravel or open or close a door off it went and up to 8.30 pm! Leaving neighbours who have a barking dog to get away for peace and quiet didn’t really happen!! Our two well behaved laid back British bulldogs even started to bark back forcing us to close and limit the use of the previous enclosed garden!! Thankfully we were out and stayed out as much as we could. Would we stay again? Unlikely shame as its location was perfect and the welcome pack fantastic. Perhaps a word with the neighbours are in order?

Lovely large property.

Very clean and well equipped. Garden is enclosed and gets lovely morning sun, just right for the first cup of tea! Parking next to property. Very rural location. Saw lots of deer and hares when walking nearby. Good location to get to the north coast. There are other dogs around so quite a lot of barking. Our dog wasn't too bothered but a noise reactive dog may not settle. Bed pretty comfy, good hot water for showering. Sofas were comfy too. Take slippers as all floors are tile/ brick. Great welcome package on arrival too.

one of the best we have stopped in this property has everything you need , well almost i had to get a potato masher .

..But seriously it is lovely and if you have young children or pets the secure garden with the astro turf is ideal ... plus this place never got cold the heating setup is brilliant , we are already looking at dates to go back for another week ..

Fantastic holiday cottage!

The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into what's needed. Really well equipped cottage in a lovely location. Plenty of nearby footpaths to walk the dogs straight from the cottage. Nice high fences in the back garden to keep the dogs contained. Lovely welcome pack when we arrived to get us started. Communication from Kerry was just perfect, a simple couple of text messages so you knew how to get hold of her if needed but otherwise we were left to it. Thanks again

Very nice place to stay, central to lots of places to visit etc.

Very peaceful most of time but,fighter jets fly about and that are really loud.My only concern was the heating in the lounge area didn't seem very good a bit chilly.

Absolutely perfect, very clean, tidy, comfortable, lovely welcome pack, lots of information about local area, places to go etc, can not fault it, lovely people.

Absolutely spotless, Large spacious living accommodation. Fully equipped kitchen (largest dinner plates I have encountered), nothing missing! Utility room was a bonus Dog loved the fully enclosed garden area. Great location for visits to Norwick, the Broads, to many beaches to mention (but loved Wells & Hunstanton) Would 100% recommend

Loved our stay,was very clean and tidy, everything there that we needed, just as a foot note, not sure if you are aware how the internet connection was very intermittent but was nothing to spoil our stay, thank you for the lovely welcome pack and the doggy treat, we will certainly consider booking again.

The Old Dairy is absolutely outstanding, we loved every moment of our stay!

The property has been beautifully renovated, we loved features such as the beams, tiled floors and the stable door. There is an excellent, fully equipped kitchen and the whole property was immaculately clean. The owners were so thoughtful - putting up a lovely Christmas tree and leaving some food items for us to enjoy. As we were staying with our dogs, a real highlight for us was the fully enclosed garden. The property is in a very quiet, rural location with villages and towns a short drive away. Everything was perfect, thank you!
