A lovely house, clean and well appointed in a great position.

I spent hours on the balcony just looking out over the lake and golf course. The grounds are well maintained and the pool great, but small, we were lucky enough to use it when very few people were there. If you want to play golf bring your own clubs as no club hire is available. The disc golf was good fun and there are great walks in the Waveney Forest which is a short walk away. The location is great with small Tesco's or Sainsburys stores a five minutes drive away and 15 minutes to the coast at Gorlestone.

Just back from a week here.

The only sunshine we got was the first 24 hours after we arrived!! The house and contents made up for the lack of good weather!! We spent the time relaxing and enjoying each others company. We can’t blame sue for the weather but we can compliment her on the well equipped comfy home.

Superb accommodation, has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay.

Excellent location for exploring the broads, as well as the coast. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing else you could of wished for. Very big tv. Good base to visit the area. Good view of the lake with lots of ducks. Owner very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back again.

When we arrived, we couldn't quite believe the size of the property.

Very spacious, clean, warm, and homely. If you are looking for a property to unwind, this is the one. Privately owned holiday park, houses nicely spaced, quiet, and an onsite restaurant if you don't fancy travelling to eat out. Plus a nice little swimming pool (only £4 per person for lodge people) - (swim between 8-3pm). Very comfortable beds, sofas, and all the facilities you would want. We were living like kings for a week. Now we are back home, really missing the under-floor heating. Love the fact it's an upside down house, lounge upstairs, so you can appreciate the views, and watch the golfers, and wildlife. This property overlooks a small lake, and has plenty of parking (we had one car, but would fit two cars). Thank you Sue for a lovely, comfortable stay.

I booked my family travelling from Aberdeen in the Lodge for CHristmas.

Excellent facilities all one could want and more - Christmas decorations as a bonus. Family used the pool, played golf and had lovely walks. Thank you so much Sue for all your help with the arrangements and the efficient service from Sykes. 5 Star all round for the LOdge and Sykes. Jenni Livingstone

First time visiting Norfolk, upon arrival at the house we were not disappointed.

Fantastic location, quiet and great on site facilities. The house was so comfortable and spacious, plenty of everything needed for our stay. House was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and great shower. Loved the upstairs kitchen and lounge, the two outside areas were excellent for sitting out with coffee and enjoying the ducks and golfers. It really felt like home from home, highly recommended, good location for visiting Norfolk.

It makes a nice change to stay somewhere where everything you would want is available rather than the bare basics. The house is stylish and very comfortable. The location itself is lovely, quiet and relaxing. The pool access is a nice extra and the club house does a cracking breakfast. I fully recommend

Linksview is a very beautiful place, very peaceful and relaxing.

We had an amazing stay here. Very clean and tidy. There are is plenty of fishing , the Barn 1 is excellent for food and drink, and just within walking distance. The kids also loved swimming too.

Lovely property in beautiful surroundings in a quiet part of Norfolk.

Still near enough to explore many places including Great Yarmouth, Norwich, Wroxham and the Broads, Cromer and much more. Loved the upstairs living and views across the lake and golf course. Huge comfortable sofa and large TV to watch the Wimbledon tennis in the evenings after fun filled days made it perfect to relax and chill out .

Lovely views and peaceful surroundings. A great base for exploring Norfolk, with plenty to do on the doorstep. Highly recommend and will definitely book again.

The house was amazing! Very spacious, clean and welcoming. We had everything we could possibly need. The area was tranquil and it was lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the ducks on the pond. We went to the Barn on our first night and had a drink whilst watching the karaoke. All in all, a great holiday with a house ideally located for the places we wanted to visit. Thank you Sue! X

Lovely stay in an excellent location.

House was lovely and had everything you need. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds and lovely view. Everything was easy to use and most of the time we left the car at a local station and used the train, so much more relaxing, or you could walk to the nearby village and jump on the bus, public transport in the area is amazing. Great communication with the owner and we hope to be back later in the year.

We loved this place.

It was so cosy and provided everything we needed for our post-Christmas stay. So well kitted out. Beds were super comfortable. The place was very clean. Wood fire was the icing on the cake. The nearby horse and donkey sanctuary is well worth a visit.

Wow what can I say this place was absolutely amazing we loved every minute of being here the property was gorgeous the bed was so comfortable the kitchen was amazing I've never seen so many utensils and plates , there is a beautiful horse sanctuary on site , the only down side was you do need to drive because it is hidden on a beautiful golf course

Everything you need is here and more the house is stunning it's in a perfect location overlooking the pond and golf course. So much to do on site for everyone from Golf, Football Golf, Disc Golf and swimming. We had a carvery on Sunday and it was lovely. All in all a really lovely place we will definitely be back. We had a wonderful weekend for our daughter’s 25th birthday.

The house is beautifully presented with everything you would need, and more, for a very comfortable break. We were very lucky with the weather and got to enjoy the balcony each day. We particularly liked watching the ducks on the pond and the golfers on the adjacent golf course. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need to prepare all sorts of meals. We appreciated the ample seating options for all the family, both inside and outside, which can sometimes be lacking in other holiday homes. There is lots to see and do in the surrounding area. We enjoyed a morning over the road at Redwings meeting the horses and donkeys with a break for lunch at the onsite cafe. We also visited Gorleston and Southwold beaches. Both have an ample parking and lots of options to dine out. Adnams brewery in Southwold is well worth a visit. The Five Bells at Wrentham offers a good menu with a range of options for all dietary requirements. Our daughter says their Sticky Toffee pudding is the best she has tasted. The Barn1 clubhouse onsite was good for evening drinks and serve a good breakfast. Sue the host kept us updated well with the relevant information and was available by phone for any enquiries. We would happily return and would recommend to anyone wishing to visit the area.

What a fantastic time we’ve had here! Myself, my partner & two other couples stayed for 3 nights over the New Year’s Eve weekend. We loved every minute of it. Sue has kitted the whole place out brilliantly and you literally couldn’t ask for anything else in there!! The scenery is so beautiful on the lake and my gosh we didn’t want to come home! Sue was a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble and we barely needed communication as everything was perfect. We are hoping to organise another stay here as we loved it so much! The guys had a great time in the golf course too! We fed and saw the ducks waddling round & everyone we came into contact with on site was lovely, polite and helpful! Not to far from anything at all either!! If you’re debating whether to stay here then please take our review and book your stay! You sure won’t be disappointed!! Once again thankyou Sue for the wonderful stay. We will be in touch soon!

This is a great property in a great location.

6 of us stayed here and there was plenty of room for us all to have our own space when we wanted it. Helpful and friendly host.

The property was one of the very best I have ever stayed at in over the last 35 years.

I cannot fault the standard of the property. Sue the owner was very helpful and got back to us straight away if we had any queries. I would not hesitate in recommending this property to anyone wanting a break in this country. In addition there are onsite amenities including a bar/restaurant and a swimming pool and the property is located well for south Norfolk, Norfolk broads and north Suffolk. The grounds of the property are also excellent and well maintained and looking out over the lake was wonderful. Cannot fault our stay at Links View.

Super position as a home that had everything we needed.

As two couples travelling we usually prefer 2.5 bathrooms and we personally would benefit of an upstairs toilet. Appreciate that this would not be necessary for all. Lovely position though with excellent outside seating. The owner was available to answer any question needed. Had a relaxing time.
