“When we arrived, we couldn't quite believe the size of the property.”

Very spacious, clean, warm, and homely. If you are looking for a property to unwind, this is the one. Privately owned holiday park, houses nicely spaced, quiet, and an onsite restaurant if you don't fancy travelling to eat out. Plus a nice little swimming pool (only £4 per person for lodge people) - (swim between 8-3pm). Very comfortable beds, sofas, and all the facilities you would want. We were living like kings for a week. Now we are back home, really missing the under-floor heating ...

We were living like kings for a week. Now we are back home, really missing the under-floor heating. Love the fact it's an upside down house, lounge upstairs, so you can appreciate the views, and watch the golfers, and wildlife. This property overlooks a small lake, and has plenty of parking (we had one car, but would fit two cars). Thank you Sue for a lovely, comfortable stay.

About the location

FRITTON

Great Yarmouth 5 miles.

Fritton is a village in the English county of Norfolk, situated south-west of the town of Great Yarmouth and north-west of the Suffolk town of Lowestoft. Surrounded by woodland and marshes, this village boasts walking opportunities through Waveney Forest to the river, and a pub, restaurant and a nearby 18-hole golf course. Walks along the River Waveney offer views of the deserted Fritton Marsh Drainage Mill. Fritton borders Fritton Lake, also known as Fritton Decoy, part of the Somerleyton Estate which straddles the Norfolk/Suffolk border. The lake is a beautiful privately owned waterway and promotes a range of visitor attractions and a selection of children's activities. There is much to explore in this scenic location.
