40 Fairway Lakes Village is a delightful cottage situated in the village of Fritton in Norfolk.

Hosting three bedrooms; ground-floor king-size with en-suite, a double, and a ground-floor twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six people.

Inside you will also find an open plan living space with a kitchen and dining area, and sitting area, and a utility, and games room.

To the outside is a decked area with hot tub, sauna and furniture, while off-road parking is available for two cars.

Belton is a small, yet pretty village resting in the English county of Norfolk. Its peaceful location and a superb selection of amenities makes it a great base for holidaymakers, seeking to explore the coastal area. Within the village, resting to the east of the River Waveney, you will find one convenience store, Post Office, which is supported by a smaller shop, a
