“The cleanliness of the property was not up to the standard we expected, the garden was overgrown ad full of weeds nothing like in the picture on line, at this point we did contact the owner who offered to send cleaners etc in, but we declined as we were already in and our holiday had started.”
However during our stay the following "faults" were noted, Kitchen tap loose on sink, kitchen blind drive broken, Bathroom lights two of the four work intermittent the shower riser bar loose on the wall. Bedroom bling would not go up so bedroom always dark (note left to say this was a problem that they are aware of) double mattress left propped up in side of bedroom.
