“We've just returned from a long weekend at Quackers with our dog.”

The king-size bedroom offers a restful setting, while the bathroom includes a shower over bath, basin, and WC for everyday ease.

The kitchen is thoughtfully fitted with a fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and washing machine, making mealtimes straightforward and stress-free.

Outside, the private patio garden with a bench provides a simple space to enjoy the outdoors. King’s Lynn itself is steeped in history, with cobbled streets, heritage landmarks, and a vibrant mix of shops and cafés to explore.

For a taste of medieval grandeur, venture to Castle Rising, where impressive stone walls and atmospheric grounds tell stories of centuries past.

If coastal scenery calls, make your way to Hunstanton, celebrated for its sweeping beach, colourful cliffs, and traditional seaside attractions.

Alternatively, spend time at Sandringham Estate, where elegant gardens and woodland walks offer a peaceful escape amid royal heritage. With its convenient location and practical design, Quackers in King’s Lynn serves as a great starting point for discovering Norfolk’s highlights.

About the location

HEACHAM

Hunstanton 2.5 miles; King's Lynn 15 miles.

Heacham is a large village located on the West Norfolk coastline, on The Wash, boasting a lovely family friendly sandy beach, ideal for jet skis, kitesurfing and windsurfing. The village has many cottages built from Carstone, which is a feature of this part of Norfolk, and also offers a good range of shops, restaurants and country pubs. Within walking distance is Caley Hall, home to Norfolk Lavender with its sweet smelling lavender fields, and Heacham Hall, owned by John Rolfe, who brought his young bride Pocahontas to England to live at the hall (in the local church of St Mary you will find a memorial to her). This part of Norfolk is renowned for its abundance of birdlife throughout the year, with several local RSPB sites, while within easy driving distance is Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and Gardens, as seen on BBC's Springwatch. Nearby Hunstanton offers traditional seaside entertainment including a sealife centre, while The Queen's Sandringham Estate is just a 15 minute drive.

This property offers the following short breaks:
