“Cottage was much smaller than pictures showed and kitchen was dated.”
The place smelt of dog. Didn't realise the bathroom was downstairs, through the lounge and kitchen, with an open tread staircase to use to get from bedroom to bathroom. Also there was nowhere to sit outside,no space, no chairs and in lovely weather that's what we want. It was a very disappointing place to stay.

We do our best to provide an accurate representation of the property through the many photos and detailed descriptions on our listing. The layout of the cottage, including the position of the bathroom and the staircase, is clearly shown and described. Additionally, it is evident from the pictures that there is no outdoor seating area, due to the limited external space available at the property’s location.
We regret that the smell of dog affected your experience — we do allow pets, but we also expect our cleaning team to ensure the cottage is fresh and welcoming for every guest. I will be addressing this directly with them.
