Would have been a 5 star review but for the following:- All the chairs around the outdoor table had wonky legs There was a lack of coat hangers in two bedrooms The drainage from the wash basin and bath in the downstairs bedroom was terrible

“Patio table chairs had broken legs and unusable.”

Blinds broken in main living area. Toilet bowl in en suite in downstairs bedroom was brown from lack of good cleaning. Water in basins was extremely slow at running out. Grease trap under sink smelt disgusting.

Lovely location,cleaners need to pay more attention to detail lots of cobwebs around windows and back of sofas, garden dining furniture needs replacing legs are broken on most of the chairs unsafe, if these things were put right would be 5 star well equipped lovey property

“This was a super property and accommodated 8 guests easily.”

The location is excellent with nearby pubs restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The interior is modern, spacious and well fitted with comfortable rooms and furniture. The kitchen is well equipped and it was good to be able to wash clothes. Being on the river front is a bonus, with plenty to see with passing boats and birdlife. We would definitely stay here again. One thing to note, the drier was leaking water on to the floor. We cleaned the filter which was very clogged up and emptied the water container.

“Absolutely gorgeous house.”

We loved staying there - really clean and comfortable. The photos don't it justice! The house looked out onto the river and we had fun waving to people going by on their boats. We would have appreciated soap in the toilets/ bathrooms upon arrival but fortunately one of our family members had bought a bar along with them.
