“No hand soap in any toilets!”

The shower not nice ,The beds nice and clean nice white sheets and towels,No dishwasher tablets! Much nicer to have had those things and no wine,

“We have enjoyed our stay, the village is lovely with some fantastic pubs.”

The property needs a deep clean, under the beds were dirty, cobwebs on the coving, out seating needs a scrub. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean

“Ideal for large families or multiple families in the same house, very roomy house with large bathrooms and plenty of them.”

Well equipped kitchen. It's best feature is the location. Very central to Horning and right on the river. Furnishings a little dated but that didn't detract from our overall holiday experience. Plenty of car parking space, overall a thumbs up from us.

“The facilities were adequate albeit dated.”

The ensuite upstairs toilet is noisy when flushing. I took two dogs:- an elderly king charles spaniel and a standard poodle who both ended up in the water "twice" and I believe the neighbour saved my large dogs life when he got his kayak out to get her out of the water when she became tired as nowhere to clamber out of the water and sides too deep. . I was unaware of her jumping in as making beds at the time, and i can only assume they thought the green algae laying on the water was "grass" so please be very careful with pets, don't leave alone. Needs information where to leave bins
