What guests are saying
A small cottage, ideally located for visiting the Broads.
It is comfortable and well-equipped and you quickly feel right at home. The household appliances could perhaps do with an upgrade, as they are looking a bit worn (?) We recommend it.
The things we liked.
Nice and compact cottage. Clean and everything we needed was supplied, even stuff for the dogs.Close to wroxham. Unfortunately it is right on a busy main road. Didn't mind the traffic noise but we could not just let the dogs out for there toilet. There is a small area that is fenced in for the dogs but it is very small. Overall nice holiday with friendly owners .
This is a very comfortable cottage in a convenient location.
The facilities are good, however it took us a while to work out how to operate everything, such as the water heater, the bedroom heater, the pull switches in the bathroom, and the TV. Once we got these working it was fine. Some easy chairs in the garden would be good.
