“This cottage was a real find-so beautifully restored and clean, with everything you need.”

We entered to find homemade drizzle cake, and apple juice and milk in the fridge. I would have given five stars, if the bed, which was very comfortable, had been kingsized rather than double! Thank you for a wonderful stay

“A lovely renovation.”

“Gorgeous comfortable cottage in the perfect location.”

Lovely welcome pack from the owners and much appreciated by the children. They were enchanted by their surroundings and didn't want to leave. Check out 'your parking space' on line. We paid £ 14 for a week on the tesco car park which is only a minutes walk away. Very convenient.

“We loved the cottage and its gravel garden.”

As an old person, however, ( I am 90) I had to be careful on the top stairs. I clung onto the good wooden bannister and the landing balustrade, but the latter was a bit wobbly and needs attention. Younger people have no trouble at all. There was nowhere to put my towel when I had a shower, as the rack was so high up that I could not reach. Again, younger people had no trouble. We were very impressed by the modernisation .

“What a lovely place to stay for a holiday in Norfolk!”

The cottage was immaculately clean and very well equipped, with an attractive and sunny garden. Great location for walking into town, the beach and Tescos, and although the cottage didn't have parking it was easy to find a parking place in streets behind the cottage.

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with a gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, a utility with a washing machine and conservatory. There is a living/dining room with a TV with Freeview and dining seating for four. The bedrooms consist of a double and an adult bunk, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is restricted roadside parking and an enclosed rear garden with furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, smoking and pets are not permitted at the property. There is a highchair, travel cot and stairgate available. Please be mindful that the staircase is steep and there may be some road noise. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, pub and beach. For a splendid seaside escape, getaway to 57 Southend Road.

The award-winning coastal town of Hunstanton, locally known as Sunny Hunny, is located on the Western side of the East Norfolk Coastline, renowned for its beautiful sunsets over the sea. Hunstanton is a great family-friendly holiday destination. The seafront with promenade offers rock and candyfloss stalls, funfair rides, a sealife sanctuary, bowls, golfing, a leisure centre, pitch-and-putt, Esplanade gardens, theatre, clean sandy beaches, donkey rides and sea tours in an amphibious craft. On Sunday afternoons a band often plays in the bandstand on the green overlooking the beach, serenading sunbathers and day-trippers, while throughout the year additional events are held within the town. Walking along the beach towards Old Hunstanton you find the richly-coloured cliff faces with intriguing rock pools.
