“The flat is very centrally located in Hunstanton, only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and beach.”
Seagulls kept us awake at night and left droppings on our car, but this is to be expected in a seaside resort. It's good that the flat has its own parking space, although access down the alleyway is tight. There is a mistake in the driving instructions; from the High Street you turn right into Old Bakery Lane, not left.
Inside the furniture is basic, especially the dining table and benches which are flimsy and uncomfortable to sit on. But the kitchen is well equipped and the bed was OK. We booked both flats 2 and 3 for our extended family, which worked out really well; the two flats share a common, lockable, entrance and stairs, so we were able to leave our internal flat doors open and come and go as we pleased. Unfortunately Sykes' website makes it really difficult to do this; they need to change it so that one person can book two holiday homes at once. We had to phone up and ask a staff member to sort it out; they were helpful and did.
