Had a lovely stay here with our dog.

Close to lots of lovely beaches, and places to visit. Sitting on the balcony was so peacful, and the hot tub was an added bonus. Peaceful and just the place to get away from it all, would certainly recommend. Thanks you!

Thanks so much for hosting us. We really enjoyed our time with you. There is so much to praise you for. The cleanliness of the house. The hot tub. Your kind welcome and the scones. The attention to detail for our dog. Just a heads-up on one or two things. We only just had enough toilet rolls. An additional roll or two would have been good to have in case of emergencies! Also, your two frying pans need replacing. Fried food was sticking to the base of each (eg an egg omelette soon had to be changed to become scrambled egg! Bacon also stuck to the pan in spite of oil being added).

Lovely well maintained and clean property.

Lots of thought put into the little extras placed in the cottage. Scones upon arrival were delicious and very grateful of the milk, bread etc left for us. Good location for seeing North Norfolk, we had a great holiday. Will certainly recommend Spinney’s Den

Perfect, lovely cottage with fantastic views.

The cottage was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you could need for a holiday. The massage chair was a definite bonus ! The hosts, Nikki and John, were brilliant - very sociable but not intrusive in any way. This is a cottage we will definitely be booking again.

Spinneys Den was a real home from home and had everything you could possibly have needed and more.

It was spotlessly clean and the views from the balcony were beautiful. The scones, jam, cheeses, butter and crusty loaf and milk in the fridge on arrival was a lovely touch. The hot tub was very much a bonus after a day taking in the delights of North Norfolk and the massage chair was an unexpected pleasure again helping to ease those tense muscles or just relax them. Nicki and John were a pleasure to meet and very informative of local places to visit. Perfect location for ease of access to the coast and inland places to visit. So many decorative touches to the interior that made the place so special. Plenty of storage, comfy bed, good wi fi. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked here because a previous booking was cancelled and we had to find somewhere at short notice, but we're really glad that we did.

The facilities are excellent and the views wonderful (although the high winds prevented us from using the balcony until our last night...) A touch we particularly appreciated was the book on the oral history of Knapton, which gave us an insight into the place and enabled us better to appreciate what we were seeing. Big thanks to all concerned, and I'm now off to book it again!

A lovely little cottage perfectly located to explore the beautiful Norfolk.

Really cozy home touches made it a really comfortable stay. Perfectly clean and friendly hosts. The hot tub is a little bit overlooked by the owners property if I was being really picky, a taller fence would fix that. The balcony is a wonderful place to have coffee and their home made scones.

What a lovely property, private even next to the owner, beautiful decorated and with an amazing view from the living room which is upstairs.

The kitchen had everything we could wish for included air fryer, oven and microwave. The garden was fenced off so our dog was safe there. Lovely to have the hot tub even though the weather was not that good. All I all a very lovely week.

We had a fantastic stay at Spinney's Den over the Christmas period with our small dog.

The property has everything you'd need, we even managed to cook a full Christmas dinner with no issues at all. Spinney's Den is so comfortable and we very much enjoyed relaxing in front of the TV either watching the Christmas programmes or one of many DVD's. The hot tub is great too and even though the weather was bitter we soon warmed up when we got in. We loved exploring the local villages and towns, Mundesley (just down the road) is lovely with a beautiful beach and The Ship Inn is well worth a visit. Overall we had a lovely stay and felt like truly got away from it all. Thanks so much Nikki & John.

What a lovely stay. Location perfect for several lovely beaches and enjoying the tranquility . Cottage was perfect for us and our pooch. Welcome delights were a hit, from home made scones to treats for Ralphie. Everything you could need including a sewing kit. Nothing was too much trouble & Nikky & John are the perfect hosts. This was an absolutely fabulous accommodation with equally fabulous proprietors.

The facilities were incredible and an absolute full value for our payment. The location was brilliant and this was reinforced by the views of Mundesley, Knapton village and church, and the adjacent farmland, available from both the windows and the verandah. The friendliness, helpfulness, and sociability from the proprietors, Nikki and John and their daughter is exemplary. We would, seriously, recommend this accommodation to everyone!!

The property was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and contained everything we needed and more.

Even the dog was catered for. The owners were welcoming, friendly and willing to offer help if required. The bread,butter,cheese jam and delicious scones left to greet us were a wonderful surprise. It is probably the best cottage we have stayed in.

The property exceeded our expectations.

It was perfectly located for visits to the Norfolk coast and a convenient day train trip into Norwich. A truly relaxing location.

What a wonderful break in this lovely cottage.

The little extras made it feel home from home. Décor and amenities were first class and the lack of wifi was not a problem, in fact it was nice to get away from the hassle of the modern world. An ideal location for a romantic time away with lots to do and see in the area, the beaches are stunning the dog is still covered in sand! If you want to get away and relax and just take it easy, sit in the hot tub with a glass of wine then this is the place for you. Highly recommended.

Spinneys den is everything we expected.

So quiet and peaceful with lovely views across farmland and sea views. It was equipped with everything we needed ,And our host nikki and John close by but never intrusive,but there if we needed anything. We will definitely come back in the future.

We've stayed in many holiday cottages over the years and this is one of the best.

Ideal for two, very comfy and clean and pretty much perfect with wonderful views over the countryside towards the coast. The hot tub is a real bonus and the scones and chocolates waiting us on arrival is a thoughtful touch. Ideally placed for exploring Norfolk we've thoroughly enjoyed staying at Spinneys Den.

WOW!

! We had a lovely weekend stay at Spinney’s Den, would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. It was extremely clean and tidy, had all the facilities that we needed and there were some lovely touches such as the homemade scones (which tasted amazing!), and the dog bed and treats. The hot tub is also fantastic, definitely the best we have been in. Nikki and John were also brilliant, close enough that they were there if we needed anything but never intrusive. Location is fantastic as well, a nice walk to Mundesley and the beach, and also Pigney Woods a short walk away (which our dog loved!). All in all a fantastic weekend, we didn’t want to leave and we look forward to coming back in the future.

We had a lovely 4 night stay at Spinneys Den.

The owners were very welcoming but unobtrusive during our stay. The cottage was very well equipped, very clean and the owners had thought of everything we needed. Very dog friendly garden and also supplied dog bed, bowls towels etc. Lots of added extras most cottages never supply. Beautiful location near to numerous places to visit,wonderful large hot tub, comfy bed, great shower, great parking, views from the balcony were amazing, we saw deer in the field adjacent and you can even see the sea! Loved the welcome goodies of freshly made scones, jam butter milk and cheese baguette and personalised welcome card . The only negative was having no free wi-fi. We think it is a necessity now in holiday accommodation. That aside it was one of the best cottages we have stayed and would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely stay at the property!

However on arrival we were questioning whether we were at the right place. Pictures led us to believe that the owners of the property we not going to be within ten meters of the property also in the pictures shown the area around the hot tub would be secluded and not that the owners could see right through. However was a lovely property, great location and I would advise that the gate into the owners back garden is removed and replaced with bushes.

Cottage was spotlessly clean and the owners had thought of everything to enable a relaxing enjoyable stay, from welcome pack with home made scones to condiments to umbrellas and waterproofs.

The cottage is ideally located for visiting the coast or historic houses.

We have stayed in many rented cottages around the world and this one really stood out for being the best . The thoughtful touches like home made scones, toiletries supplied which went above and beyond and the spotless accommodation. Absolutely stunning property.

Well maintained, extremely clean / well presented. Loved the little touches such as sauce sachets, milk in fridge, scones (delicious!) and the book full of ideas, walks and brochures for local areas. Hot tub was perfect after a day out exploring followed by a jigsaw puzzle

The property was exactly as described and fair to say probably surpassed our expectations, extremely clean, comfortable and equipped with everything required for a holiday week.

Thank you for the welcoming bits and pieces, very much appreciated after our long journey. Views from the patio doors/balcony were lovely, looking to the sea, watching the ships float by, we downloaded a ship app to identify them and their destinations (a bit sad I know) lovely at night watching their bright lights. Spinney’s Den is located perfectly for visits to the Broads, the Norfolk Coast, we visited Sandringham and Blickling Estate, both an easy drive away. We would recommend this property to our family and friends, a lovely week, maybe one day we will return. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Spinney’s den was fabulous.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and was so well equipped with many extras that we haven’t had in other holiday accommodations. The location was perfect with great views across the countryside to the sea. Nikki and John were great hosts and the welcome scones and treats on arrival were lovely. We would definitely recommend and will be returning.

The little extras were a lovely touch and the hot tub was amazing! The bed and pillows were so comfy. I have frequent insomnia but I slept so amazingly here! It's the most relaxed I've been in a while. One of the best holiday cottages we have stayed in. We will definitely be back!

It was a lovely stay with a hot tub to enjoy and a fabulous balcony with views across open fields to the sea near Mundersley and Bacton Sands. We really felt we were pampered for four nights. This upside down house (living area upstairs with access to a lovely balcony) was great to come home to after trips out to the local coast, woods and National Trust properties. The owners have put a lot of thought into little touches to make you feel welcome and your stay perfect, including for our dog. A great selection of games, books, Blu Rays & DVDs, dog basket, dog treats, cool bag, some beach stuff, a secure garden and balcony. Hospitality gifts were a nice thought too after a long drive. It’s a bolt hole for two; the open views across the landscape and the big skies means it doesn’t feel small. Top tip: take binoculars if you’re into wild life. The property is set back from a road, but we didn’t find road noise too intrusive and at night it was very quiet. Owners next door, Nikki and John, were welcoming, polite and on hand if we needed to ask questions or query anything. They set a high bar for standards. The place was spotless. We have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and family.

We had an amazing stay with our little sausage dog.

The hosts had thought of everything from a dog bed to towels for the hot tub. The den is located at the top of a driveway, just a few meters from the owners house, however you would not know. The hosts were so quiet and just left us to do our own thing, only seeing them when we were coming back from a day out at the local beach. The hot tub is also private as well as the balcony from the living space. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely come back! Loved everything about it. Be mindful this space has no internet provided however I did have 5G phone signal.

Yes, we arrived around 6pm on the 27th and were disappointed to find that our 'cottage' was infact a lego house on the end of someone's driveway.

Good things first, the place was very clean and nicely presented. It had a nice view from a little balcony, though this was somewhat tainted by a main road only 30 or so metres away (national speed limit), on which cars were bombing past every few seconds. It was also nice to only be a 5 minute drive from the nearest beach, which was great. The main issues we had, were an infestation on the Monday morning, of tiny flea-like insects, that we were still finding on our clothes the following day back at home. We don't know if it was something that came in from the outside, or if it was an existing problem we hadn't noticed until the Monday, when they were all over the walls and ceiling upstairs, but not downstairs. Finally, and the main cause for concern, and the reason our early departure, was the owner, John. We'd had no dealings with either of the owners, save for a nice welcoming platter left out for our arrival. On the Saturday early evening, my wife had looked inside the hot tub to see if it was ready for use, and had come back in to shower first (as was laid out in the property rule book, which had infinitely more 'don'ts' than 'do's', and put on her costume. When she went back out to try it, she noticed the straps had been re-secured on the cover. She asked if I'd been out and re-fastened the straps, which I hadn't, but slightly confused, we chose to take a trip to the beach instead to walk the dog. The following day, we decided to actually use the hot tub, and was in it for around 40 mins or so, when it cut out. I remember it saying in the rule book that it might trip and where to find the fuse-box, so we got out and came inside to check that was the reason it had stopped working. I thought it wise to dry off before accessing the fuse box, and after I'd sorted it I was putting my shorts and t-shirt back on when there was a knock on the door. This guy who I had to assume was John, because he didn't say hi, or introduce himself at all. He simply said 'could you make sure you close the cover on the hot tub when you finish using it'. I was completely confused by his attitude and failure to even say hi, and explained that we'd literally only got out a few minutes before because it had tripped, and was drying off and dressing prior to sorting the hot tub. He continued over to the hot tub and proceeded to close it down and I just closed the door and went back inside. My wife immediately raised the very fair point, which was how did he know? we got out of the hot tub, and within only a matter of minutes he was at the door. The hot tub, despite the suggestion that it would be in some way private, was overlooked by the second, larger lego house on their drive, however, that place appeared unoccupied during our stay. The speed in which 'John' appeared and his general manner, completely freaked my wife out and she wanted to leave on the Sunday, as she was made to feel as though we were under some kind of observation. We decided to wait until the Monday in the hope that the trips to the beach could in some make up for the tiny space and weird owner, not mention we'd paid out over £600 for this. We woke up next morning to the infestation and decided enough was enough. We started to pack the car, and as we were doing so, John suddenly appeared at the hot tub again! .... seriously, this was a nightmare and not the birthday treat for my wife that I had intended. We stayed in all, one evening and one full day, and had it not been for the nearby beach, we'd have left even sooner. As we left, I told John we were leaving and he never even had the good grace to ask why. It felt very much as though they want the money that these properties bring, but they don't actually want the guests. We left the place utterly spotless and drove home. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on this.

This property was one of the best we have ever stayed in.

Beautifully decorated and Spotlessly clean, it was equipped with everything you could need. From travelling with your dog, to exploring the coastline or taking a picnic for a day at the beach. The hot tub was superb.

Can't fault spinnys den perfect retreat definitely recommend for those who like the quiet life.

Really lovely stay, despite the rain!

Spinney's Den was very clean and tidy, a true home from home! The hot tub was one of the biggest ones we have had. The balcony is a great place to chill, listen to the bird song and admire the views. The welcome pack, tailored to our dietary needs was a lovely touch. We loved the reverse living, great shower and a very comfy bed and a toilet on both floors. No WiFi as stated in the info but we had a strong 4G signal. A good variety of DVD's to watch when not out in the hot tub or exploring the local area. We definitely hope to return again for a longer stay.

This holiday was honestly amazing!

We loved it that much we are going to book again for next year hopefully. The property was exactly what it said on the description and more. Waking up every morning and sitting on the balcony watching the deer bounce about the field was definitely a highlight. The walks around the property for your four legged friends are stunning and so easy to find. We were very lucky weather wise but even if it rained all week there was still so much to do with the TV, a lot of DVD’s to choose from and board games and puzzles! The hosts were so lovely too, if you needed anything they were there but also gave you your own privacy! It really was a perfect break away in the UK.

Well situated for exploring North Norfolk. Plenty of useful information and leaflets on places to visit. Also well laid out information file about the property and area left by the owners Nikki and John. We had a lovely welcome on arrival and beautiful homemade scones and welcome pack. Hot Tub was a must after a day exploring.

Thank you to the owners who were very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. Stunning cottage, best hottub we have used! Incredibly powerful jets and views of the fields. Our husky loved her stay also, it was perfect for dogs as within 10mins from Spinney den you can walk to the woods, or 5-10mins in a car can get to more woods or the beach. We felt relaxed from the moment we arrived, such peaceful surroundings. Would 100% recommend and would definitely visit again. Thank you!

My partner and I came away for my birthday and it most definitely did not disappoint. Fresh bread and homemade scones on arrival was an added bonus! Beautifully comfortable stay, relaxing hot tub and games provided. We could not fault it and we can’t wait to recommend this to family/friends and return ourselves!

What a spectacular ‘upside down’ cottage situated in the lovely Norfolk countryside.

Great views of the countryside and the sea in the distance, off the balcony. Very handily situated for the beaches and The Broads. The cottage is very well equipped, with the added bonus of a hot tub in the enclosed garden. The friendly owners, Nikki andJohn, were very helpful in pointing out places of interest to visit. Would definitely recommend this property.

Absolutely lovely house with incredible views from the balcony, feels really nice and secluded.

Hot tub was brilliant, we could have easily not even left to explore the surrounding areas! Only small issue was couldn’t get the coffee machine to work but there was plenty of sachets so not the end of the world. Definitely will be visiting again in the future for a hopefully longer stay!

This is a fantastic little place to stay for a couple with a dog.

Although the village itself does not have much in terms of amenities , it is very pretty and peaceful. The lodge is great, hot tub fab, even in the unexpected September sunshine. It was nice to be left to our own devices and know someone was close at hand if we needed anything. Could not get the coffee machine to work however. Everything else was just as described and just as required and I would recommend this property.

Spinneys Den is really lovely, clean and well equipped.

The balcony and garden area both have table and chairs and get the sun, and the hot tub is great! We made use of the maps and ample information on the local area which the owners have thoughtfully provided. A great place to stay, and I would recommend it as an ideal base for exploring North Norfolk.

.loved the hot tub and the views from the balcony. We enjoyed perfect weather and this is a great location for exploring the surrounding area..so many virtually deserted beaches which we and our dog loved! Parks,National Trust places,the Broads all close by.The hosts are unobtrusive but available for any questions. Very nice homemade scones upon arrival,bread,cheese nibbles and grapes was a very nice touch. Couldn't find anything we needed that this home didn't have(apart from i missed a dishwasher

A great location for our days out exploring Norfolk, the broads only 25 minute car ride and multiple beaches to choose from.

Lots of brochures provided in the home to help you choose your days activities. Everything was tidy and clean, and we loved the hot tub! The hosts were lovely and very helpful and we would definitely go back.

It was our second visit here to Spinney’s Den after visiting our first time in October 2021. The hosts have thought of everything and all the little details are perfect. It’s an extremely warm and personalised welcome, we’d highly recommend a stay.

Where do we start.

. if allowed we would give our stay 11 / 10. We loved the property's layout and the views of the neighbouring fields and countryside. The thought that the owners have put into the property can be found throughout from a wide array of toiletries, waterproof macs, welcome scones to everything you could need for your dog. There are some lovely beaches only short drive away. Plenty of lovely local walks around the property as well. The outside space was lovely and very secure for our dog. My husband, myself and our dog all thoroughly enjoyed staying here. I am sure we will be back.

We had the most relaxing week staying at Spinney's Den.

The owners are friendly but allow you to get on and enjoy your holiday. The views are amazing and the balcony is perfect for relaxing or star gazing at night. Very well equipped from little sauce packets and welcome scones to everything you could need for your dog. The only tiny niggle was we didn't find the bed very comfortable but that's just our personal preference. We have already recommended to family and can't wait to return.

We didn’t have great weather whilst we were there, however this didn’t matter as we loved coming back to the annexe and spending time there - it was so cosy and relaxing. Very impressed and would love to stay again!

Spinney Den is a lovely property, very clean, comfortable and everything needed was provided.

Brilliant views & location. The hot tub was the icing on the cake after a long day exploring Norfolk. Nikki and John were very friendly and helpful hosts. We will definitely be returning and happy to recommend to both friends and family.

A perfect setting for a week away on the coast.

Some lovely beaches only short drives away. A warm welcome awaited in the form of fresh scones, bread and cheese. The studio was spotless with everything you need, including a comfy bed and treats for the dog. The balcony view is fantastic, as is the hot tub which was a godsend after long walks. I made use of the fiction books in the drawer, and the coffee machine, which was a lovely surprise. The village itself is lovely, we often took Jess for a walk around the woods. Re-assuring to have the enclosed garden knowing we didn’t have to keep Jess on a tight reign. The beach at Mundesley was perfect, and we often found ourselves taking the 5 minute drive down there at sunset for an evening stroll. It really was faultless and the only negative was that we wish our stay was longer. The owners were lovely, they lived nearby but were not at all intrusive. We can highly recommend this beautiful property.

Our stay at the fantastic Spinney's Den exceeded everything we had hoped for.

Such a beautiful house in a nice quiet setting. Nikki and John were brilliant hosts and such friendly people. They really do a great job in thinking of guests who are staying by providing items such as beach gear, dog toys, walking equipment, etc. We cannot wait to visit again in the near future.

This is a lovely vacation rental.

Has everything we needed and more. We had fresh scones and bread awaiting us as well as a range of teas, coffee and milk. These touches really made our stay. The hot tub was spotless. The view from the upstairs balcony is gorgeous. I'd thoroughly recommend this as a place to stay.

Booking accommodation unseen can be tricky.

The description does not always match the reality. No such problem here. If anything the web page did not do the accommodation justice. We were delighted with every aspect of Spinneys Den; big enough to contain all that is needed, yet small enough to have real charm. The rooms were exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The balcony provides a wonderful space to enjoy a meal or drink while taking in the lovely views.

We absolutely loved this place it was clean comfortable the hot tub amazing .

I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the wildlife even though it’s near a road I hardly noticed it. Would definitely go back and it’s 5 star rating from us.

Such a relaxing and welcoming place to stay.

Everything was provided , even for the dog. I stay in alot of places with hot-tubs and theirs was the best I've used. We stayed for 1 week and visited lots of places, short drive to the Norfolk broads and beaches. A must is Horsey Gap, a walk along the beach to see the seals resting. You won't regret booking a stay here. And the welcoming gift of goodies was lovely and very thoughtful x

We absolutely loved the property.

We have stayed in lots of good places, and always filter by excellent reviews. This property is the most immaculate property we have ever stayed in. It smells wonderful, the personal touches are evident throughout, the facilities are top notch, and the generosity of the owners is noticeable and appreciated. Hot tub and garden area are lovely. The balcony is wonderful and I imagine quite fabulous in sunnier weather. The Den is on the owners' property but is private and I can't see that it would cause any issues. I heartily recommend it as a lovely little retreat for 2 and a dog if you have one. If you don't then you needn't worry about the cleanliness at all. The only downside I see (which we did realise) is the lack of WiFi. I can perhaps see that being problematic if you're staying a week or two. That's a personal choice in the end. We loved it and the hosts are excellent.

It was so nice there, we was amazed by everything you had in the house everything you need for a good weekend away !

The bread and scones were amazing also, the last thing you can’t forget about the Hot Tub such a nice touch and so nice to sit and relax !

Fantastic place very recommended and presented and Nikki and John go that extra mile for you and they are only next door if need them and hot tub was amazing will be returning in summer :)

What a great retreat Lovely accommodation, fantastic hosts, all we needed was available, and so close to the beach

Spinney’s Den is such a lovely little cottage, perfect for two of us.

It was clean, well appointed and had lovely little touches to make it feel homely. The hot tub was great but because of high winds we only used it twice during our stay. The only down side is it didn’t have any WiFi which we didn’t realise until a few days before our stay. We just assumed most places has WiFi these days. It could have been made clearer on the website. Otherwise we couldn’t fault it.

A little gem of a cottage.

What amazed us was the thoughtfulness of the owners to think about the needs of the incoming guests. Directions, description,the quality of refurbishment and the hot tub. We have recommended this place to friends and will go there again.

Excellent property, everything you could wish for.

John, the owner, called round to check that everything was ok, which was very reassuring. Definitely a dog friendly property too, with a really secure garden which made a change. Special touches of leaving a bed, treats and a towel for our dog was especially nice. We booked as our family were staying a few minutes away, so had a wonderful Christmas all together. I understand that John and Nikki only took over the property in January but very professional. We will return

We had an amazing break at Spinney’s Den.

The property is as described, clean and has everything you could need for a weekend of relaxation. The hot tub was lovely after a day of walking on the beach and the cottage had nice personal touches on arrival. Our pup Nico was poorly and Nikki kindly let us have medication delivered to their home while we were out. We truly had a brilliant time and hope to go back again soon! Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Absolutely fabulous accommodation, could not fault it.

We loved the extra welcoming touches for both humans and dog. The area was just right for a short break in the countryside. We arrived and storm Arwen visited us on the Saturday evening, we were all safely tucked up in the cosy cottage listening to the battle rage outside! We did manage to use the hot tub on two nights during a lull in the wind which was heavenly after coming back from long walks with the hound. Fantastic cottage has everything you need plus more.

Wonderful views from the lounge balcony, amazing hot tub to relax in after a day walking. Set in an stunning area with beaches, countryside and seaside towns to discover in local vicinity. Loads of extras from owners which are really nice touches such as scones and jam on arrival and dog treats for Albert. John and Nicki are great hosts, very discreet but there if you need and information about the local area, shops, restaurants walks, etc.

We loved everything!

And really appreciated the little touches that made us feel so welcome, like the lightbox and the card :) It was the perfect spot for a quiet weekend away and we would love to come back sometime.

Very comfortable and extremely clean accommodation.

A half hour walk to Mundesley which has a lovely long sandy beach and a couple of pubs that serve food. Nikki and John are next door if needed and even let us know where there were fuel supplies during the recent crisis. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a quiet relaxing break near the coast.

We stayed 27th August to 3rd September.

The owners have provided everything you need for your stay, including items for the dog i.e, dog bed!, towels and treats. We did bring our own but the fact they included such items for the dog is amazing. A lovely welcome pack upon our arrival included fresh bread and scones, and milk in the fridge. incredible! much appreciated after our 7hr journey. Beautiful cottage with fabulous views of the countryside and the hot tub is an absolute bonus. Beautiful location; feels like the middle of nowhere yet not far from Mundesley, Bacton, Walcot, Cromer etc. Local walks for the dog included open fields and woodland nearby, plus of course the local beaches. All in all, a brilliant and relaxing week. Donald, Eileen and Harvey.

This place is an absolutely incredible find and the hosts were superb.

Cannot recommend this enough to couples. You get peace and quiet and privacy in a beautiful location. If you want more excitement then Cromer, Sheringham and mundesley are only short car journeys away.

From booking the trip, to arriving and checking out - everything was perfectly smooth.

The accommodation was lovely - exactly as described and in an extremely quiet and idyllic location. Very happy and would most definitely use Sykes Cottages again when looking for our next pet-friendly accommodation.

So peacefu, relaxing hot tub an asset. Had a relaxing and peaceful stay. Nikki and John were great hosts. Recommend visiting local butcher they recommended. Excellent choice at the butchers and staff very helpful and friendly. No pub or local shop within easy walking distance, but ok as you can relax sat outside. Lovely to sit and have breakfast on the balcony with views over the fields. Saw deer in the fields, wonderful sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. Looking to see when we can go again, highly recommend.
