“Pear Tree is a lovely stay in a great location.”

We stayed for a week and were very comfortable. The toilet / shower is very small and lack of oven blah blah but the value more than made up for that in our opinion. The side garden was perfect for our Springer Spaniel and any comments about bring overlooked etc are in my opinion highly exaggerated, the whole feel is one of a very homely stay. Would thoroughly recommend especially the value and would definitely like to stay again. The location is lovely and quiet, rural and very close to the ...

About the location

STALHAM

Wroxham 8 miles; Norwich 15 miles; Great Yarmouth 17 miles.

The market town of Stalham, with its high street with a good range of shops and eateries, is a typical North Norfolk town. There is a small market which comes to the town on Tuesdays and a farmers’ market on every other Saturday, as well as regular sales in the town hall. Stalham is one of the major starting points of Norfolk Broads boating holidays and a museum to give you an insight in to the Broadland environment is a must. Just a few miles inland from fantastic beaches, this is a perfect base for exploring the Norfolk Broads and coastline.
